  1. Horrible

The company gave 12 hours notice before picking up my possessions, caused significant wall and door damage during the move, and it cost $2000 more than additionally quoted. It’s been 3 weeks since I moved and I have had zero contact from them regarding when my things will be delivered. When after 10 calls I finally reached someone, I was told it would be another 2 weeks minimum to get my possessions.

$4000+ to be without my possessions for 5+ weeks. I could have done this myself for cheaper and more efficiently. Horrible experience.

  2. So glad I didn't chose this company!

Part of finding a company for movers is to find the best service for the best price, correct? "Olivia" was so pissed off that I was getting quotes from different vendors, that she told me "call me when the company you go with doesn't show up because you put everyone in a bidding war." And she hung up on me. Well, I think I may have dodged a bullet on this one.

  3. DO NOT USE

We were originally told that my stuff would be picked up on Wednesday and dropped off Saturday. My pickup window was the 29-30 and they said that they would be there between 12 and 4 on the 30th and at 4 we got a call saying they would pick up at 6 and then at 6:30 saying they would pick up the next day (past the window). We were told that we would get an officially delivery day at pickup and the drivers did not know it. We were then told that my stuff would not arrive until Monday or Tuesday. On Sunday we got the 24 hour notice call that my stuff would be here Monday (today). We sat around all day waiting and then after they avoided 4 of our calls, finally told us that the truck was redirected and my stuff will not arrive until Wednesday or Thursday (past the 1-7 day delivery window). There are tons of hidden fees (like $100 for every 75ft they have to walk and an extra $200 because we had too much stuff which they did not tell us) that are not disclosed when we booked them. This is the most unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I am sitting in an unfurnished apartment waiting for movers who cannot give me a delivery date. They will not compensate this move because they legally have 21 days to deliver. I cannot stress enough to never use this company it is my biggest regret. Unless you are okay with not knowing where your stuff is or when it will arrive.

  4. Fake Company.

We had a horrible experience with this company in 2016, and after holding our stuff hostage in Iowa we filed a criminal complaint with the FBI, then we finally got about half our stuff. After that I worked with an investigative reporter on this. While he was exploring the extent of the issue, I was modelling the organizational structure to find-out who was in charge of it all.

Come to find-out, the fraud movers are actually just throw-away companies all connected to the complaint organization. It's the complaint settlement company that coordinates them, shuts them down, reopens new ones under different names. I encountered them as National Relocation Van lines, but they used to be called National Relocation Solutions, and somehow they're also connected to a company called White Horse A&S LLC.

Nothing surprising about a bad company changing names. What was surprising was that the company they referred us to for filing complaints was called MovingClaims.net. if you look at the website for MovingClaims.net, it states that its owned by Networld Enterprises, who also owns MovingAid.net. Both MovingClaims and MovingAid have WHOIS website listings which are private through GoDaddy. It's an additional paid feature which lists either GoDaddy or "Domains by Proxy" as the domain owner. That means someone is trying to keep their association with both these sites a secret.

This is the information I shared with the reporter, word for word:

"Networld Enterprises is listed as a business consulting firm 100% owned by Levy Enterprises..

Levy Enterprises is owned by the Levy family, with the president being Eran Levy.

Capital Investments Group of Miami and OBTT Investments both have filings authorized by Shahar Goldboim.

Both OBTT and D&G are owned by Moti Halfon

Ariel Reiter is also listed as a manger Capital Investments Group. He, and the Reiter family, own The Reiter Group LLC, which is listed as being owned by Amir Reiter.

The Reiters also own water product companies, as Ariel Reiter is the registered owner of Formtek Water Products, and Amir Reiter owns both Innovative Water Concepts and Earth Water LC, among other things.

Eran Levy, Shahar Goldboim, Moti Halfon, Ariel Reiter, and Amir Reiter all have an online presence.

If you want to get to the center of all this, that's your goal.".

  5. National Relocation Movers out of Hallendale Florida.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. If I could only reverse the decision to have used national relocation solutions. They BROKE my stuff, they Lost my things, and they dented my belongings and then then offered me a grand total of $66 for damages. RATS they are. They inflated the price from the original estimate from 4500 to 6700$. So many things were affected that I was deeply upset. I can't think of any company that I have ever hired that left me feeling as horrible as this company. I have tried to go thru the channels to challenge them, but seems that I have wasted lots of energy chasing after this rotten company.

  6. Deceptive and Incompetent Company.

Please do NOT use National Relocation Van Lines (aka Solutions) for your move! They will not return phone calls. They two men that picked up my stuff arrived very late in the day and yelled at each other in Russian the whole time. I was by myself and they split up so I couldn't watch or monitor what they were doing. They used $485 worth of packing material without my permission. They noted that EVERYTHING was scratched or damaged, which I didn't notice because they presented me with a stack of paperwork at 11 pm at night, I couldn't read their writing, and I just wanted them out of my house. The company charged me for 1600 cubic feet. When it was delivered, we measured and it was only 864 cubic feet. Even though we documented this with pictures (taken before unloading), witnesses, and even the drivers written agreement of our measurements, the company refused to reimburse us. Lastly, the driver Alex refused to deliver to my home, which was pure laziness and incompetence. In summary, National Relocation Vanlines overcharged me $4000 and cost me an additional $1100 in damages and storage rental. I was offered less than $100 in settlement.

  7. Worst moving experience of my life.

My family and I have moved several times over the years and have used multiple moving companies and have never had a problem until our last move when we hired National Relocation Vanlines to do our move from Iowa to South Carolina in July 2015. After they loaded our belongings onto the truck, the price had somehow tripled from the estimate given to us by Michael. When we questioned it, Nick, the driver, stated they were well within their rights because it was just an estimate. They never physically came to our house to look at our belongings to give an estimate like most professional movers. They did it over the phone. And when Nick loaded our belongings onto the truck, he never marked our items or provided an inventory of any kind even though I asked for it several times. Nick's response was "That's just a waste of time. You don't need one". When the price tripled and we refused to pay that, Nick told us he would take our stuff to a warehouse while we worked things out with Michael. There was no working things out with Michael or with Jessica. We had difficulty getting through to anyone and they would not return calls. When we did talk with them, they simply said we had to pay the tripled price or we wouldn't get our stuff. So we began saving up to try and get our stuff back. Finally, we began looking further into this company and learned that the reason we hadn't seen the bad reviews was because they changed their names, locations, contact number, etc. so people don't realize what company they are hiring. I learned from the DOT that there were multiple complaints against them and that they had lost their license/authority to operate in September. Even though they had lost their license, they were still demanding payment from us to deliver our stuff, which they couldn't legal do now and they knew that. We confronted them on not having their license anymore and after several more weeks they agreed to let us have our stuff transferred from their warehouse to another moving company, which cost us additional money to do, and then have the new moving company ship our belongings to us. But everything was done in a very unprofessional way. They never did reveal the address of the mysterious warehouse to us. They took our stuff to another location where we had arranged to transfer it to the other company. It took us 5 and a half months to get our stuff back and when we did, several items were damaged. We got our belongings back just before Christmas. This was the worst moving experience of our lives. After talking with an attorney and trying to negotiate but getting nowhere, we actually thought we had lost everything and would never get it back. Don't use this company!

  8. Warning!! Six Months and Waiting.

    WARNING!! Six months and waiting…

Last July (2015), after the death of my father, I hired National Relocation Van Lines to move my mother’s effects from Iowa to Idaho. I spoke with Michael Alexander by phone…I felt I was in good hands. The movers picked up in Iowa…no problems on that end. When the driver dropped off in Pocatello, Idaho, I informed him that there was a second drop off location. He was surprised to learn this so I showed him the contract. Well, he says, yes, it’s on the contract but it wasn’t figured in the price ($3100.75)….I need another $100 cash. First red flag. I negotiated that sum down to $50. I helped him unload…at the end, I told him that I was short a second wardrobe box and a table top. No, he insisted, this is all. Off he went. Well, a few days later Jessica contacted Nick, the original (pick up) driver, who thankfully remembered the second wardrobe box. Finally, someone believed me. Jessica apologized and said that next time a truck passed through our area, the driver would drop off the rest of my load. Ok, I gave it time…months went by…no delivery. Finally, Jessica said that they would UPS the box and table top to me. Well and good, but the shipment was always delayed. Then I was told that it would cost $200 to ship the box and table top…and that I would be required to split the expense. You’re kidding me, right? The contract stated that NRVL would move all for $3100.75 (exorbitantly high for the small load). After all National Relocation Van Lines has put me through (having violated the contract), did they actually think I would send more money?! That would imply trust, which, on my side, doesn’t exist. So, there it sits. Six months later and my ninety-year-old mother props up one side of her desk with cardboard boxes (NRVL has the legs) and uses an old card table as furniture. Do I believe that a truck will one day come through and drop off the rest of the load? Yeah, sure, and in Santa Claus, too.

  9. Don't Walk, RUN, Away From This Company.

Don't believe a single positive review. These people are criminals. They tripled our quote after the moving truck drove away and demanded full payment before I could even check the evidence. They used 400 dollars of packing materials without my consent, violated the guaranteed dates we paid for, broke and lost items, and tried to EXTORT A BRIBE FROM US TO BREAK THE LAW. Every which way they tried to take us for more money, with made up fees and falsified information. And don't try to complain. Their customer service division DOESN'T EXIST and the addresses this company lists (linked to several DOT numbers) are APARTMENT COMPLEXES. I did a YOUTUBE series on my experience with this moving company. Please watch my videos! They explain the WHOLE story. I'm also fairly certain that these guys are linked to some kind of criminal organization. We've been in contact with a few different news stations and lawyers to look at our case and as soon as they start to dig for info, they stop taking our calls and end communication. Run away! Run far away!

  10. Not a real moving company! Con artists!

Con artists posing as moving brokers caused me medical harm and destroyed our things. This complaint is about White Horse A&S llc, aka National Relocation Van Lines, aka National Relocation Solutions (they clearly hide alternate identities to prevent customers from seeing complaints such as this - I'm complaining against White Horse, but they don't use that name, at all, they go by National Relocation to fool the customers). They scheduled a pick-up date of July 6, but did not arrive. When we called, they told us they would arrive on July 7, which was after the time we were contractually obligated to be out of the house. They scheduled a delivery of July 13, but did not arrive. When we called, they demanded $2,000 on top of the down-payment we had already made. We agreed because there was large medical equipment on board that I badly needed, and that we had only rationed about 2 weeks worth of medication since they promised a 1 week delivery. They knew about this beforehand, and were made aware of it again after this exchange, and they promised a delivery date of the 17th, which never arrived. Then they promised the 20th (the latest date contractually allowable). Still nothing. They then said that they had no idea there was a problem, despite the fact that we were calling nearly on a daily basis, and that our things would arrive on Aug 05. It's at that point I threatened to call the FBI, and then they offered a date of July 27th. Our things finally did arrive on July 27th, but not before several medical complications occurred, resulting in unnecessary suffering and medical procedures. Many of our things arrived broken, including both a couch and loveseat ($1,564), bunkbeds ($187), fridge ($899), and picture frames (negligible). There were also a variety of things missing, such as a traditional tea set I bought for my wife while I was working in Beijing in 2007-2008. When we complained, they directed us to some lackey complaint company called MovingClaims.net. This company has just as bad a reputation as National Relocation. The filing process with this company only takes into account damaged goods, not contract violations or anything else. Despite this, there were still significant delays, and we finally heard on Nov 17 that they were offering us $68. That's less than 1/1000 of what they actually owe us for the contract violations, resulting medical complications, and damaged items. So now we are forced to resort to hiring a lawyer. On top of all this, they violated several federal laws, including refusing to weigh/measure the shipment in front of us, increasing the non-binding price estimate by over 200%, and not providing a final bill of lading with full inventory of everything that was packed. This is not a real company, at all. They are a group of people scamming customers and holding their things hostage. We are now dedicated to taking them down, completely. Even if we never get our settlement, we will not stop until they close their operations entirely.

  11. Will Not Delivery Furniture.

STAY AWAY if you want your furniture. The company refuses to deliver my furniture. They have had my furniture for 3 months and will not bring it to me. The contract stated they would pick it up from Bryson City , NC on August 6th and deliver to
Pensacola, Fl on August 14th. Instead it is in a warehouse in Charlotte, NC and they have told me they will NOT bring it until another load comes this way. They have taken over $1000.00 and will not return my money or even a phone call. Eric, Jessica, Amber.. no one! I have left 12 messages for Phyllis..no return call, EVER! The owner does not speak to customers. I have reported them to BBB and Dept of Transportation. They do not care that I have no furniture or bed. I trusted them!! I call them at least 2X a week They told me I could come get it from Charlotte, NC, but would not guarantee anyone would be there to open the warehouse and would not return ANY money. Essentially, I have paid them to steal my furniture..they have it and won't return it to me! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, save yourself sleepless nights.

  12. No service rendered.

I scheduled a move with this company from Alabama to Arizona with Ryan Williams for September 26, 2015. I was told that pick up was scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2015 and that I would receive a call from dispatch informing me of the timeline days in advance before the scheduled pick up. No one ever called me, so I tried calling Ryan Williams personal number and the company number to find out what was going because nobody had called me to verify when they were coming to pick up my beginnings. His personal number was no longer in service and no one would answer the company number. I called over and over, but there was no response. I even had several people to call the numbers just to see if they would make contact with this company and no contact was made. I left messages for Ryan and dispatch to call me back and nothing ever happened. The day of pickup no one ever showed up. Sunday rolled around and they still never showed up. There was no contact made from this company to myself. This company is a fraud. Do not use them because they will steal your money without providing a service, then they lied by stating that I canceled my move the day before I was scheduled to leave Alabama. They not only robbed me I had to pay other movers to move my belongings into a local storage, so not only have I paid them I had to pay additional cost for new movers and a storage facility. Now I will be suing this company for the initial amount they stole from me, cost for new movers & storage, and for deformation because they lied about me cancelling my move, which I did not do.

  13. Scum of the Earth.

August 5, 2015 I contacted Derek from National Relocation Van Lines and discussed hiring his company. I sent him the dimensions of the storage unit where my belonging were being kept. I also sent him 20+ photographs of this unit, which I had taken during the packing of the storage unit.

August 6, 2015 Derek and I reviewed all the photos I had sent and he agreed that no boxing was required. The only two items which I asked be wrapped were a bathroom sink and a base to a coffee table, and Derek agreed. He sent me what he said was a final estimate for the move. He quoted me at 1000cf, which was 65cf less than another moving company who was given the exact same information as Derek

August 7, 2015 Derek e-mailed me the estimate and we reviewed it over the phone. I explained to him that I could not afford anything over the $3000 quoted in the estimate. I explained how I had bought a house with no heat, plumbing or electric and that the little money I had left was to cover those expenses. He assured me that his company was not a broker and that the price would remain the same. I had also told him that I had just been in the hospital with chest pain and was scheduled to have a cardiac cath after I moved. I explained how I had been homeless and how I needed things to go smoothly. Again, Derek reassured me that the quote was final and that I would have no problems. He even told me that my belongings would be insured for $47,000 in the event something did go wrong and that I had 30 days free storage.

August 11, 2015 I gave me friend $750 to deposit into his account and I paid National Relocation Van Lines via my friends debit card. The move was scheduled for August 26, 2015 and Derek told me to call him anytime if I needed to make any changes.

On or about August 20, 2015 I called Derek’s number every day for five days and left messages telling him I had the second deposit for him. I received no return phone calls.

August 25, 2015 I received a call from National Relocation Van Lines telling me they could not move me on the 26th, but rather the move would have to take place on the 29th of August. (this was a bit of a problem because my belongings were in Pennsylvania and my son had taken off work for the 26th and had to work that afternoon of the 29th)

August 28th, 2015 I called the dispatcher at National Relocation Van Lines to find out what time they were coming on the 29th. At that time the dispatcher told me that my son needed to have the second deposit to give the movers the following day. This was at 3:300pm Friday afternoon. I tried calling Derek again without response so I dialed the operator from his number and talked to Eric. He told me I could go to Wells Fargo Bank and made a deposit for $1125 directly into their account. So I ran out to the bank and deposited the money. I spoke to Eric a second time and he told me he received the deposit and everything was set for Saturdays move.

August 29, 2015 My son got to the storage unit at 10:00am. The movers got there about 10:45am. The movers told my son they had to repack everything in the storage unit. My son called me and put the movers on the phone. I told them that Derek and I had agreed that no packing needed to be done aside from the sin and coffee table. The mover and I argued back and forth. I told him that I would not pay to have anything boxed. He put my son back on the phone. My son stayed with the movers about an hour and a half before having to go to work. My son closed out the storage unit prior to leaving and told the movers he had to leave. My son tells me that the movers never asked him to sign a bill of laden.

Later that day the mover texted me saying that the truck was almost full and that my bill was now going to be $6500. He called a little while later and told me they could not fit three of my items in the truck and they were going to leave my belongings in the storage unit (the items were a lamp, a total gym, and something else) I told the mover they could not leave my things in the storage unit, that my son had closed it out. I told him they had to take my things. He said they would take care of it.

Beginning August 31, 2015 I telephones both Derek and Eric each over twenty times leaving them messages concerning what happened with the movers. I e-mailed them both as well …All without any response from either of them.

A week or two later I found another number for National Relocation Van Lines. I called them and got a hold of customer relations. They told me I should have called them earlier. I told them Derek had told me to call him. In any case the woman I spoke to told me she would look into things and get back to me. Six days went by without her getting back to me. I called again and got a different woman who told me exactly the same thing …and again I never heard from her. I called again and spoke to a supervisor, Phyllis. She too told me she would get back to me and never did. About a week later I called again, different woman, same response.

My belongings were supposed to be delivered September19, 2015. I called the dispatcher the day or two before and he put me through to customer service. The woman told me that Phyllis had dropped the price $300. I explained to this woman again all the happenings and Derek’s quote and that I did not have that kind of money. With each of the phone calls I had made to each of these woman, I explained how I was on disability and needed my disability supplies which they have. I explain how I had no heat, electric, or plumbing. I told them my service dog had been bitten by a copperhead and that I could not even use him at the time.

September 19, 2015 came and went without me getting my belongings back from National Relocation Van Lines.

I have since called numerous times, numerous extensions and no one is calling me back. I have had the news station ABC try to contact and get my things back from the movers. They are not returning their calls either.

I am left hear in a home which I cannot repair because the movers have all of my tools. I have none of the disability equipment I need. I am forced to purchase things which I already own but do not have because the movers have them. I have no winter clothes because the movers have them. I have no refrigerator because the movers have it. I can’t even put up curtains or ceiling fans to keep my heating costs down and control my arthritis, because the movers have everything. I am out of money and have nothing. I need your help, desperately.

Over the past few weeks I have contacted the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, who has filed a hostage complaint with National Relocation Van Lines. I have contacted the Attorney general in Florida, Alan K. Schacht, who is trying to close this company down. I have contacted the Hallandale Police at the request of the Florida Attorney General. But the Hallandale Police refuse to help. I contacted the Chief of Police in Reading, PA who had been attempting to press charges against National Relocation Van Lines for fraud and theft by deception. However I just found out that the storage unit where I had my things stored before National Relocation Van Lines took my things, ends up being three blocks out of his jurisdiction. In addition, Russ Ptacek of ABC news, who has also been trying to get my things returned to me.

I spoke with National Relocation Van Lines a few days ago and they told me I could pick my things up for $1000. Two days later the price rose to $1500, and five minutes later rose again to $2000. The company is refusing to allow me to pick up my belongings until I send them another $2000 on top of the $2000 I already paid them. I offered to pay upon pick-up but there refuse to give me their address until I give them more money.

  14. Where's my stuff.

Can't agree more with the other complaints. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They loaded on 9/11/2015 and I am still waiting. This was a 17 business day trip, now we are at now we are at 28 days!! The gentlemen who packed up were great..however, the rest has been a nightmare! They say we will call back, doesn't happen! I would pick up my belongings if I knew where they are. Michigan and now I heard Indiana. They will be compensating me 100% for the $2000 delivery charge!

  15. Horrible.

Wouldn't give us a bill of lading til a week into the job..charged us twice what our previous movers charged. Damaged, missing a 1/4 of our things, poorly inventoried on lading, numbers missing, hence could not reconcile what was missing.. this was a horrible experience.. and they would not try and communicate with me to try and find my furniture and boxes.. I'm so upset!
