The entire experience was excellent, beginning with my initial contact, when I was given the quote and provided information. The men who moved our items were professional, polite and friendly, and they worked FAST! I was really impressed with how quickly the men got the furniture loaded, unloaded and set up. Plus, they were available early, which was awesome, and it was on the low end of the estimate. I hired National Relocation Van Lines based on word of mouth from several friends, and I have already recommended them to a couple more friends with upcoming moves. I would use this company any time.
My experience with National Relocation Van Lines could have not gone better! From the original phone call with customer service to the move itself. The movers were on time, nice guys and took very good care of my belongings. Moving can be so stressful, but National Relocation Van Lines made this experience a breeze!! I will definitely be using this company again!!
Phenomenal employees!
We've recently been burned by movers so we were hesitant to try a new service. These two men were incredible. Fast, considerate and put up with a pretty grumpy family member with poise. I couldn't recommend them higher. They only broke down as much as needed to get things in the truck instead of milking hours by breaking things down completely. They were quick to assess potential damage and provide options for oversized furniture. These guys were rock stars!

Worst company EVER. Do not do business with this company if you like your money because they will bait and switch you once the truck is loaded. Then put everything in a storage unit until someone can move it to your new location. In our case over 3 weeks. The moving coordinator scheduled our move for us based on the day we needed our things to be in our new location. They were a day late to pick up our belongings. They were 2 weeks late in delivering our belongings causing us to have to buy a refrigerator and microwave. Several big Tupperware bins destroyed with contents inside destroyed including a $300 floor vase and a $500 bookcase headboard. They charge for wrapping your items.. Watch out they just start doing it and don't tell you until almost done that it is an extra charge. Several federal regulations were ignored. Customer Service is a joke. Lies upon lies upon lies. What should have costed us $4800 ended up costing $12,000 in the end. Do yourself a favor and Google "protect your move" and read the government regulations for moving companies and look for the red flags they list. Had we done this PRIOR we would have NEVER used this company!

The two men who handled our move were excellent. They were professional, courteous and cooperative. We have hired many moving companies through the years and we know the difference between movers who know their trade. I would request these two individuals (forgot their names and don't have contract in front of me!!) and would hire National Relocation Van Lines from this office again. Very pleased.

The guys were the most amazing movers/service I have ever had! They were kind, professional, fast, efficient, and upbeat the entire time. They were very cautious and extremely accommodating. These two guys exceeded my expectations and made this very stressful time not so bad. I will be recommending National Relocation Van Lines to anyone I know is moving. They are the best! Thank you!

I was very much pleased with my overall experience with National Relocation Van Lines very helpful in a very troubling part of my life. I must give personal props to my 2 Men. These two gentlemen were outstanding in every aspect of the move, start to finish!! Well done and I can't thank the company enough. One last note, many thanks to Angela who also performed flawlessly with my first phone call to the end of the move!! Everything went smoothly.
The guys arrived on time to my apartment. For two short guys, I was amazed on how great they worked together and the care they took to protect my items. Lifting very heavy pieces of furniture was a walk in the park for them. Wow, as I said they were amazing. They also had a great sense of humor, which made it fun. They loaded me up fast as well as unloading. Always asked where I wanted things put. In fact they were so efficient, they kept well below the estimated time and price. I've moved several times before and I have never had such a great experience as I did with you guys. Thank you National Relocation Van Lines for a job well done. I have been telling my friends and family about what great guys you have on staff including the office staff.

National Relocation Van Lines moved my family and they were OUTSTANDING!! Great guys to talk to and with, they went over EVERYTHING with me before and after the move. They were able to do the job ahead of schedule even though it was a tough move. They went out of their way to make sure I was staffed and offered additional assistance with placement of items. These guys really went out of their way. I can't say enough good things about these two. I will be using this company again on my next move and I will be telling everyone I know about my experience. I hope that when I move next that I will get these two guys.

I have used your company for three different moves in the past 15 years, and am always hugely happy and satisfied with the service provided! The two men who helped this time, were particularly great - strong, efficient, and very careful with my things, while being really cheerful, pleasant and fun. They even helped to deal pleasantly and effectively with a disgruntled neighbor who was annoyed the truck was in her way! I cannot recommend them highly enough; in fact, my sister is moving soon and I specifically advised her to request you guys. They were awesome!! Tardiness.
I hired National to move my elderly mom from South Carolina to North Carolina. They were two days late and we were sitting on pins and needles because we had lots of things to do before leaving SC, including the arranging of the closing. Once they arrived, the fees were increased dramatically because my mom had more items than originally stated and they would not deliver them until we paid the balance in cash or with a cashier's check. It was too late in the day to get either. My moms things were taken to storage and, again, were promised on a certain day and were not delivered to North Carolina until 4 days later. I understand that sometimes problems occur, but we met with delays on both ends of our move and my goal was to move my mom with as few hassles as possible. The exact opposite happened! I would not recommend this company.

The moving team was on time and very personable. They wrapped all my furniture and moved it with the utmost care. The office staff kept in touch during the move to make sure everything was going as planned and returned my calls promptly. Each time I have hired your company, the service has been excellent. Movers are on time, courteous, efficient, take good care of all items being moved and work quickly - giving good quality for the money being paid for their services. The movers on Monday were very pleasant, knew what they were doing, were helpful and polite - in short, did an excellent job. It was great working with them!

Crew was right on time, they were courteous, helpful, and respectful. They wrapped our furniture and packed it so nothing was broken or damaged. They moved quickly and efficiently, but carefully. They helped make a very stressful time much less stressful. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone from the company was great!!
