LOVED our moving experience. Our movers were funny and professional and really nice. They were careful with our furniture. Sometimes moves are kinda awkward because you see these movers working so hard and you just want to say something but don't know how to start a conversation with them. These guys were AWESOME! We talked the whole time but they never stopped working. They made the usually yucky task of moving much more enjoyable. The office staff who booked the move did everything she could to make the move happen and she was VERY nice and professional. National relocation van lines is getting rave reviews from me! .
For when talking to a real person matters.
The men showed up to a job that seemed quite a bit more extensive than they were expecting. Instead of getting upset or worrying about dollars and cents, they kept a good attitude and knocked out the work. They were careful and courteous with the furniture and worked hard until the job was done. Could not have asked for more from a mover, Thanks again to National relocation van lines! Especially the nice customer service girl Jessica.
Helpful.
The movers took the time and care with all of our items - from wrapping/padding, to the loading and unloading in a prompt and professional manner. The office staff was very courteous and were helpful to remind me when the movers were on there way. They also called back after the movers were finished to ensure our satisfaction and get feedback on how they did. I would highly recommend National relocation van lines to anyone looking for a reliable moving service.
2nd time.
2nd time that I've used you and it was awesome! The care and professionalism shown by the workers was outstanding. I had one question about the charges for wardrobe boxes I didn't use and the office took care of the issue. Overall, and outstanding experience. I will use you again and will recommend you whenever possible. I'm a mortgage banker so I'm in contact with people that buy houses constantly and you will be at the top of my recommended services list. .
Very hot.
Good experience overall, guys were very flexible and good to work with. If I had it to do over again, I would have hired a complete service to do my packing and moving for me, it wasn't until we finished our move that I realized how many unpacked odds and ends were left -- but that's our fault! The guys worked so hard and even during this rainy summer it was a VERY hot day on our move date. They did a great job breaking down and rebuilding beds and were practically perfect on getting everything where it needed to go in our new place! They were also extremely friendly and personable.
The small things.
The three men that came to perform our move were very professional, very considerate, and were easy to work with. They got right to work and were careful with our items, even offering suggestions for future moving. We had one of our kids' savings bonds blow out of a basket and one of the men ran and got it for us, even though he wasn't sure what it was. There were a number of other small things that we really appreciated. .
Fantastic.
The movers were fantastic. They were so quick and really could maneuver my extremely heavy, large pieces upstairs, around bends, and where they needed to go. If there is a next time, I am going to use their packing services. They wrapped everything to protect it. they took the beds apart, doors off the hinges and when he was done it was like my beds magically appeared in my new home. We had 7 guys and they are great workers..they just kept going. They made me tired watching them. They had it down to a system. I would/will definitely use them again.
Time machines.
I was quoted a time frame and the movers made sure they adhered to that time frame. At one point one of the movers was actually running to the truck to get the next piece of furniture. There was no slagging by these movers. In addition, they moved "without" marking any walls or scratching my hardwood floors. Very Professional. I would hire them again and refer them to anyone that asks for moving company. .
Great service.
This is the third time my family has used your company and we were pleased every time. Your workers work quickly and never waste time so I feel that I am always getting my money's worth. This last time it was over 90 degrees and my daughter moved to a third floor apartment. The movers never stopped. Their strength and stamina was amazing. And always friendly and polite. They earned a larger tip than I was financially able to give them. Great job.
Helpful.
This was the first time I ever hired movers - they were courteous and very helpful. Took very good care of my washer and dryer. They even helped my mother load a mattress into the back of her pick up truck when they didn't have to - went above and beyond. I actually received 3 guys at the price of 2 guys as one was in training - the other two really helped the new guy out and I even learned a thing or two about moving after watching what they were doing. Overall great experience and I'd use again in the future. .
Easy.
The three movers that came to our home were very professional. They made the move much easier because of their great work ethic, and almost equally important, their great attitudes. They experienced some challenges getting items out of our basement but they remained positive. The team leader was extremely organized and I appreciated his fun personality which assisted in keeping a moving experience pretty much stress free.
Never Use This Company.
My experience with this company was horrible. The first offence was when they doubled the quoted price they gave me after all my stuff was already on the moving truck, they claimed the price is often higher because of extra boxes. I had 4 extra boxes and they tried to charge me $2,000 more. The estimate was $2450, the attempted to raise the price to over $4500. I talked them down to $3,300 feeling I had no choice because they already had my stuff. The next issue was scheduling the delivery date. I needed to get permits for the town to mark off parking for the truck and they needed a delivery date. I scheduled this for June 27th (though my contract said July 1-6). I asked if it would be a problem that is was not in the contract window and they said no. Two days before the move I left two voicemails to see if they were going to come, then I had to call at least 4 times (I think more) the day before the move to find out they were not coming. The move was bumped to the following Thursday, then Friday, then Sunday- I had to call each time to find out they were not coming. Upon receiving my things 2 chairs were broken and cannot be used, two glass table tops were missing and when I asked the movers they stated perhaps they were packed in a box (they were not), they brought in 2 things that were not mine, including a glass picture that was shattered and glass was all over my floor. My bike handles are sideways and this may not be able to be repaired (I do not have the tool to even check, so I will need to take this to a bike repair shop). A glass was broken. They trudged dirt on a light carpet on a sunny day (because the furniture was clearly stored in mud (the bottom was clean when they took it form a white carpeted room). The boxes looked as if they had been thrown, even those marked fragile. I called to ask for compensation for the damage and have not received a phone call back. I sent an email with pictures of the damage and have not been contacted back.
Never got my stuff, they won't answer phone.
This company is a total sham..pretty sure any positive reviews are fake as well. They picked up my furniture on May 7th 2015 from North Carolina to be delivered in 17 business day to Texas and I have still not received it. Everytime I called they would tell me my furniture was about to be loaded on the truck. Stupid me I fell for this for like 4 weeks straight. On our last call I asked to speak with mgr. named Phyllis and was told she would call me back. She didn't and now they won't take my calls. Not sure if I will ever get my stuff and will likely have to get a lawyer and take them to court. Funny how all the terrible reviews on every website are dead last no matter when they were written. Moral of the story, pay a little extra and go with a national carrier. .
With care.
The guys showed up on time and immediately began working. They just knew exactly what to do. They handled all our stuff with care. I could not believe how fast they packed up the truck. They were so polite and always asked questions to make sure they were doing things to our liking. I definitely give them an A . We are so happy with our experience .
Courteous.
My husband and I could not be more pleased with the excellent service we received. The movers were on time and were extremely polite and courteous the entire day. I am pregnant and they were considerate of this in multiple ways: asking me to steer clear of areas where water leaked from the freezer being moved, and also by taking extra time to move things where we wanted them in the new home, as my ability to help my husband move things around later was limited. I was very impressed by their manners: they constantly said "please," thank you," and referred to us by the respectful titles "maam" and "sir," despite us giving our first names. I cannot believe how hard they worked and how consistently they lifted--barely taking a rest! They finished 1.5 hrs EARLY! .
