  1. Best movers!

    Hello, I just wanted to say that I could not be more pleased with the two gentlemen that supported my move. They were really great, helped with some pain in the behind stuff, like removing the legs from furniture and other things.. really professional, hard-working, friendly and just great attitudes.. My move was more of a mess than I had planned when the moving day came, and they just rocked.. Do whatever it takes to keep or promote these employees, Thank you.

  2. Amazing job.

    I had three movers because of a piano. This team was great. I was so nervous about the move, but these three treated my furniture so well and they were kind and courteous as well.. They took all of the stress out of the move. I really, really appreciated the care they exhibited during this move. I would definitely recommend this team to family and friends!

  3. Stay away!

    Nothing but problems! Including charging my card without me signing credit card authorization form or contract!
    Prices given over phone were not the same as contract!
    Contract (and agent's email) contained DOT # corresponding to a company in Ontario.
    Extremely poor customer service! Never dealt with a company this bad!
    Was told a refund was processed to my card but still not showing up days later. Ive called and asked for refund receipt (as well as asked agent Michael Alexander) several times and still haven't received it. (At this point, I don't even trust that refund was processed as they indicated since they can't provide proof)
    Extremely shady business!! Stay far far away!!

  4. Everyone made me feel good.

    I would absolutely, use and recommend. I only regret not allowing your business to move all my belongings! The guys were great. I honestly thought that customer service had gone by the wayside! Also, every time I would call the office, the lady or ladies were so very very nice. That kindness goes a long way, I felt like I could trust the company. Your company, did, SERVE me! It is refreshing, and it has restored my faith. Everywhere I turn, I feel like, it's NOT, about customer service anymore! Or common courtesy. Thank you! National Relocation Van Lines! You do serve! And it is about the customer!

  5. Always amazing.

    I am so impressed with the men who come out. They do an amazing job and are always so polite and professional. This is the 3rd time I have used your company. The office staff are good as well but this time they didn’t have all the supplies on the truck that I requested. It made the move a little harder as I was counting on those boxes to be on the truck. So after the truck was loaded I still had more to do which I didn’t plan on. So I was late picking up my newborn at daycare due to this. But it all worked out and the move I think was successful but this was all due to the men who came out. Amazing job.

  6. Move went smooth.

    This was the forth move in last ten years. Unlike the last couple times where my company paid for the move so I didn't deal with the mover or payment. So I wanted to be sure I was dealing with a reputable company. When I submitted my moving request and being bombarded by calls. I did my research and contacted three companies. I spoke with Danny from National Relocation Van Lines. He was very informative. At the day of pick up the movers were professional and clean. My delivery was delayed a few days because of all the snow we had this year. The move overall went very smoothly.  .

  7. Great Service from start to finish.

    I searched for nearly 1 week to get a Mover that would be detailed and professional about their service.  I spoke to 6 different companies including National Relocation Van Lines. the majority of the companies I talked to were pushy and impatient when it came to asking questions, all they were concerned with was getting our deposit immediately.   I worked with Alex Getty during the whole process on planning our 4 bedroom relocation.  He was prompt with returning emails and calls, but most of all he was patient with all the questions my wife and I threw his way.  His replies and answers were very detailed in what to expect and how to prepare for our cross country relocation.  He gave advice on what to and how to pack  fragile items for the relocation as well as referred us to a few services for  Wood Crating Specialty items that we absolutely wanted to arrive safely.  He also referred an excellent Car Transport company( Midsommar Services ask for Gordon) for our 2 vehicles we needed Shipped.  The movers that arrived , Eugene was the Foreman, were excellent.  They wrapped and protected our Furniture extremely Well.   The crew on delivery just as good.  They unloaded and reassembled our furniture with ease.  We did have a few pieces that were scuffed, but that is to be expected with a cross country move.  We purchased the additional protection coverage so we didn't mind the minor stuff. They weren't the cheapest, however, the price was in our budget and were very satisfied with the level of service we received.  Our advice to those looking for movers would be take your time and don't get pushed in to selecting a company until you are comfortable with the information presented to you.  Ask for Alex he is very informative and helpful with what to expect.  .

    The movers were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, strong, creative, hardworking and dedicated. I hope they get breaks and bonuses. Thank you also for squeezing me into a 2 hour slot when everything else was full. The men came 1 hour earlier because they were finished early with their previous move. Lucky for me since my dining set sale fell through so we had extra time to move it also. Thanks again!

    I did not know how the company was until I saw someone moving and I asked that person about the company and they said they were satisfied. But after I experienced the service myself I was very pleased with the two movers I had. They were careful with my items, they packed with care and once we got to the storage place, they got everything in, which I didn't think all my items will go in. They both packed everything so well and neat, and how I wanted it to go. So I would recommend them to my friends. And your price was cheaper than some of the other places I called. Just wanted to let you know I did went through the phone book first before I decided to hire your company, Just tell the two guys that help me that they were friendly, caring of my items, very professional and excellent customer service and always smiling. Thank you!

  10. Explore your options for movers before choosing this company!

    Working with Leo in sales was great .. until my belongings and furnishings were picked up on 03/03/2015 in Iowa.  The movers were a couople of hours late, but called to let me know this was the case and it was due to poor weather (icy in Iowa).  My expected delivery date in Florida was given as "between 03/12/2105 and 03/14/2015, but we're not Fed Ex or UPS and can't give you an exact date."  I obtained possession of my apartment in Florida after a three-day drive from Iowa.  The day I got the apartment (03/12/15), I called National Relocation Van Lines Customer Service to find out if they knew my exact delivery date/time.  It was at that time that Customer Service (Phyllis) told me that the movers had run into bad weather and would be delayed "at least a week."  After picking my jaw up off the floor, I purchased an air mattress and lawn chair, some paper plates and paper cups, and "camped out" in my new living room.  According to the contract, I should receive my items no later than 03/22/2015 (they will tell you they have "ten days from the estimated delivery date" to get your stuff to you).  However, I called again on 03/17/2015 to get an update on the move and was told by Customer Service (Eric) that the movers "should" be here between 03/22/2015 and 03/27/2015.  No reason for this delay was given.  I started my new job on Monday, 03/16/2015.  It was necessary for me to purchase uniforms (I had only packed two sets of scrubs).  I continued to sleep on my air mattress while waiting for my belongings to arrive.  No one bothered to call me to inform me there was a delay either time .. I had to call them.  I have never received a return call or email from Leo about this situation.  I also did not receive a return call or email from Phyllis in Customer Service.  My furniture and belongings finally arrived mid-day on Friday, 03/27/2015.  I knew that there was a $75 charge for each set of 8 steps after the first 8.  There were exactly 24 steps, but I was given a $75 "discount" and only made to pay $150.  If the firsts 8 steps don't count, do the math.  No discount, no apology … and I was told to “call the office” related to the broken items I found as I unpacked.  They also hit the wall of the apartment with a piece of furniture.  While they were still here, I sent a picture to the apartment complex office to get an estimate of what this might cost for drywall repairs.  The off-hand comment from one of the movers to his "boss" was, "I just finished a job for a drywall company..don't let them take you.  That shouldn't cost more than $100."  I would not recommend this company.

  11. Beware.

      BEWARE NOT A HONEST COMPANY: The movers arrived 2 hours late and delivered 2 days late.  Communication was horrible.  My delivery was scheduled for Friday morning.  I only found that my delivery wouldn’t happen when I called to find the approximate delivery time. No calls were returned.  I had to call continually from 8:30 AM to 1PM before finally getting customer service.  There is no customer service support over the weekend.  There were missing items from my load.  There were also damages.  My sales representative has disappeared.  No responses to emails.  No return phone calls.  The only way to get in contact has been consistent phone calls and then there are flat out lies. I have been promised call backs, return emails and even claim forms that have not arrived.   Looks like my next step is legal action.  I do not recommend this organization.  .

  12. Scam.

    This is a fake company. They have a person Alex Getty who will have a different voice each time I called to ask about the quote. I read a lot about how to pick a moving company because I need to move myself for the first time. Everything about National Relocation Van Lines sends a red flag. They are not registered, they have five stars on all reviews available online.. This is a scam.

  13. Worst experience of my life!

    Everything ran smoothly until they got my deposit. I should have known things would go down hill when they continuously pushed back my pickup date. It took them days past the original estimated date of delivery so overall two weeks to deliver my things. Communication was almost inexistent. Im so disappointed because they really sold me on everything in the begining.

  14. Move from Clearwater to Virginia.

    I am still in the process of being moved from Clearwater,FL to final destination in Leesburg,VA. I have been generally satisfied with the sales person, Alex Getty but, other than being promised help and apologizing for the mixup with my move, Alex has not been able to help. I felt that I was treated extremely rudely by the forman of the movers upon pick up of my furniture. I was not credited with items that your company had agreed to include in the estimate and was basically forced to sign paperwork that made me pay a much higher price than was agreed upon and I was made to sign documents that showed my having selected no insurance for my furniture vs the full value coverage that I paid for. I will not go into some of the other rude comments that the forman made to me.Furthermore, I am getting no response from anyone when asking for documentation for this insurance of at least an email stating that the furniture has been insured. Unfortunately, so far my experience has been very stressful to say the least. I am still hoping that we can straighten this situation out but am losing hope.

  15. Second move with these guys.

    This is the second time we have used your services. I CANNOT say enough good things about the entire experience. Every person I talked to was courteous, professional, helpful, and friendly!! We will not use anyone else for any future moves and I will HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who asks. Thank you for making our move such an easy, stress-free experience! You guys are AMAZING!!
