Very bad!!
We have had a terrible experience with American Standard Moving & Storage , and even if you’ve paid a $50 deposit, I would seriously consider finding a different mover. The one positive about American Standard Moving & Storage is that the office staff is extremely friendly and responsive. The movers themselves are another story.
Worst non professional company.
Worst moving company. Non professionalisms. Late delivery. Broken items.
They gave me low estimate and later charged me double price. Stay away from this company. They don’t pick the phone and in matter fact they told me not to call again when they still do have my furniture.
Scammers and cheaters!!
Please stay away from this company. They gave me an estimate based on 700 cubic feet, which they estimated based on listing of my boxes and furniture. I ended up paying for 1570 cubic feet. Made me wait for two days before showed up! One of the greatest mistakes in my life to trust these guys!
Scammers- STAY AWAY.
Not only is this company completely unprofessional- they are disrespectful and ignorant of basic human decency. I received a text message mocking me when I mentioned I was going with a different company after receiving a disturbing voicemail from the cellphone that kept texting me- Mocking me saying 'you don't need to make excuses for not being able to afford us'. Are you serious? Is that how you conduct business? By insulting customers. Meanwhile, the voicemail I received was asking if I would pay for a Hooker. Yes, you read that correctly. A hooker. I have it saved. I've sent it to local news outlets in the Boca area. The company's response: "We listened to the voicemail and we agree it's inappropriate, however we believe he pocket dialed you and wasn't asking you to pay for the hooker directly." OH MY GOD!! Is this a joke!! So that makes it ok? Am I on candid camera? No offer to compensate, No offer to make it right.. just sorry. Sorry we have super sketchy employees. WTF. Stay FAR FAR AWAY. Literally any company has to be better than this one. Especially if you are a single female moving alone - I would not trust these men at all.
Pay Attention to The Crappy Reviews.
These guys will totally scam you. BUYER BEWARE. AVOID AT ALL COST. Specifically, William the operations manager lied to us, then would never return our calls when the move started. They will use bait and switch tactics, under quote your job, tell you it will be "their guys" moving you, assuage you that everything will be terrific and then, like us they will subcontract your move to someone else and walk away with a pretty penny while you're stuck with a different company, a price near double what you planned.. oh, and don't forget they will price you in weight and then the other move company will price you on volume. Don't get screwed, please please please don't use these guys.
Pure Garbage.
I contracted American Standard to move my house form PA to NC. The main reason for selecting them was the person on the phone assured me that they are not a broker, but they handle all their own moves LIES. I was also told that the person I did my inventory with would assist in any future questions/concerns, I was never able to reach him again after collecting my non-refundable deposit. Now the movers who moved us damaged several items and no one will own up to repairs. I asked about different parts of the contract and was told repeatedly it was an "old form, we do not do that anymore". If Neil Greco calls you from this company, hang up and block the number!!
Dont Use This Company< They Are Liars And Crooks.
The guys who unloaded were HORRIBLE. They were rude, offensive, negligent, unprofessional, disrespectful, angry, passive aggressive, not cooperative, careless, and unwilling to listen. They damaged a number of items and had terrible attitudes. Even my friends who were here with me to receive the movers were taken aback by their behavior and attitudes. I do not recommend using this company and wonder if the workers were disciplined in any way or fired. I doubt that I am the only one who has complained.
Worst company ever! Do not use their services!!
You will thank me later do not use their services! We made an out of state move from California to Oregon. At first Brian Sanchez who is totally unprofessional, was calling and bothering us to use their services. Took a very long time, kept moving dates, and took over two weeks to deliver our things.They still charged us after losing over 5k worth of stuff. They said they delivered it to the wrong address and there was nothing they could do after that to recover them. We tried calling Brian back and after he had realized his team didn’t do their job right he stopped answering. They still made us pay them 500 after we asked them where the rest of our stuff was. Family heirlooms, designer purses, a guitar, and furniture all gone. We called customer service and were told to make a claim but didn’t want to meet with the 10,000 insurance policy! Do not go with this company! The prices might be lower than other companies but you will end up regretting it after.
Rude and harassed me via text.
In my phone call to receive a quote for my move I was talked down to after I stated I wanted to check other companies he then went on to start texting me and talking down falling me ignorant and I was making a stupid decision. When I called back to speak to a manager I was just put on hold. They over quoted my move and were trying to justify the 2,100.00 move. Its not even a studio amount of stuff. After looking over these reviews it looks like this company has a history of doing this.
Poor customer service.
Incredibly rude customer service, specifically from Brian Sanchez. He failed to acknowledge when he made a mistake and his attitude and poor service is going to cost him many clients. I absolutely would never recommend this company to ANYONE for your moving needs.
Best Movers!
Team they sent was very hard working. I was totally satisfied with what they did for us. Their salesperson was very honest and helpful, and it allowed us to plan well and, in the end, we were given I think some of the best movers.
Overpriced lost items and damage.
Worse company I ever did business with. Raised my price $800. With the same amount of items. When my things arrived at my new house, there was missing sentimental items and after unpacking there was a lot of damage. Please save your money and go with a mover that does everything and not several companies. I made a claim and never heard from anyone. Great Movers!
They carried my furniture up and down four flights of narrow stairs without a single complaint. We finished the entire move in less than two hours! Very courteous and very professional. I would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again if I move again. Thank you American Standard Moving & Storage for making my move so easy!

Two guys were very professional, cheerful, capable and polite. Nothing was broken or damaged. Their prices are better than anyone I have ever used. They made my move an event without worry. I would love to work with them again!

They were very easy going and were able to handle a last minute move which made everything a lot less stressful. I love their reusable containers and everyone on the team was professional and courteous. Highly recommended! Thanks a lot, guys!
