Amazing Mover!!
The quote was crazy cheap and incredible value for money. They were on time, responsive, very efficient and pleasant and handled all our belongings with care and respect. It’s good to feel that your stuff is being taken care well so I would like to recommend these guys.

It's a bad company and they don't answer your phone Mike1 561-257-0124 answered me, he never spoke to me clearly and he never answered the phone again after I paid. This company hires another company to make the move. They only charge the money and they don't help you. I paid 1565 dollars for only 280 cubic feet and they and I alone. I took the traitor's things down to my house because they don't take them to your house.

The moving was done! And I cannot be happier with their service. Everything from booking with James and check in on moving day was relaxed and smooth. Everything was clear and explained to me. Movers were fast experienced and very courteous and professional. I would 100% recommend American Standard Moving to any friend or family member that is moving.

My terrible move from Texas to Wisconsin.
I called American Standard after it showed up on my email. I talked to Dennis Mitchell and he gave an estimate of $1900.00. I set the dateofpickupasAugust 27. When the movers arrived I asked for the bill of lading. They said they were waiting for a telephone call. They took everything out and gave me the bill which was $400.00 more. I am an 80 y/o widow going from one retirement home to another. My furnishings arrived on Sept. 27. They do not answer phone calls. My son finally talked to a nasty woman and when he said I was going to file suit, that day it was packed. Do not put yourself through the stress!

I'm a senior and have moved households many times in my lifetime, however I was not savvy enough to see this scam. I have an open case with the State Attorney Consumers Affairs Division and Department of Highway and Transportation.
I am pushing them to do a full blown investigation. They provided no service to me and want to keep my 3k deposit.
I would rather donate that money to someone in need than see the scam artists keep that money. They simply lowballed my estimate then after we closed on our home and prepared two weeks for the move, they show up and their hired help spends literally 5 minutes in my home and tells me they screwed up. Now the 6k estimate for the move is 12,000 to 14,000. You can imagine the shock my wife was in. This is after a few days prior going over every item that had to be moved with a gentleman named Scott and informing me they had to bump the estimate from 5,700 to 6,300, again after reviewing every item room by room. Okay we really had no choice that was just few days before the move. We did not add one item from that conversation. So then they use the contract wording, "estimate" as their basic way of not having to honor their contract. Just for your FYI, Mayflower came as an emergency call and provided an estimate and moved me the next day for thousands less than American tried to scam us for. Be aware of a sales rep named Brian, nice in the beginning then ghosts your calls and emails when the scam takes place. I've been in business many years but this is truly the shadiest scam artists I've ever dealt with. I confirm everything I wrote is factual, which was sent to their customers relations department. You should have seen that response, gouging and deceptive practices are criminal, that's what I'm, seeking the Attorney General to move forward with. However they respond to this is more cover-up for their scams.

Found these guys online, their quote was very competitive. They picked up a bunch of furniture from a warehouse in FL and delivered it to MD. They were prompt, courteous and very careful with our stuff. Good Job.

Really bad customer service, miss delivery date by at least 4 days and still not arrive, charge a lot more than original price we agreed on.

Recently we relocated with the help of Joseph and his team. The service they provided was great, very efficient, organized. They paid attention to everything, accommodating all our needs. The moving staffs were very skilled and meticulously took care of my things such that none of my things was missing or damaged by the end of the process. I used American Standard Moving and they did not disappoint. Joe S. superseded all of my expectations & went above & beyond for me, which take away the inherent pressures throughout the day. Additionally, they were sure to give me a call and arrive promptly, well within the window provided (even more impressive because it was not their first move of the day). While I hope to stay put for a little while, I have no intention of using any other moving company when the time comes again.

I have a lot of stuffs to be carried and these guys managed to move them very professionally and speedily, with the entire preparation before the actual move took only 2 and a half hours. They traveled fast yet accurate with my items perfectly unscratched and safe!
