I was pleasantly surprised by this experience. The level of customer service I received from the movers and the company itself was top notch. If you're thinking of hiring a mover I would seriously consider American Standard Moving as they are highly professional and deserve all the praise.

Customer service, honesty, integrity.
This co. was quick to grab my money and very slow to help me locate my goods. Did not disclose the fact that my items would be held in storage for 2 months before making the trip to CA. Customer service was rude and made little effort to help me figure out where my belongings were. Kept passing the buck from “dispatch” to the actual Company that American Standard contracted my move with. They are a broker. They take no responsibility to assist the customer once the cash is in their hands. Take my advice..moving is already stressful, choose someone, anyone else, to trust your belongings to.
Lost my Bose speaker bar.
THIEVES, this word may sound harsh, but I believe they stole my Bose speaker bar. I used Best Moving Van Line to move from CA to TX, they took 4 weeks to move my stuff. When my stuff arrived, most of my furniture had dents and damages. But this is not the biggest of my worries, they had lost my BOSE SPEAKER BAR. There were 62 items/packages in my shipment, I received all the 61 items, except for my Bose speaker !!. I had used the original Bose box to pack it, so for anyone who's handling it, it was very clearly visible that it's a Bose speaker. So I can't think of any other reason for only this item to be lost/misplaced.
Its not the question of money, instead its the issue of integrity. When we give our stuff to move, we believe in them, we have our faith in them. When moving 1700 Miles, I understand that there are some chances of having a minor damage to furniture. But missing/stealing a valuable item ?
I booked my moving through "American Standard Moving" and they had hired an other company "Best Moving Van Line" to physically move them.

Moving experience.
I wouldn’t give even 1 star to this horrible company. We had 2 moves with them. Both from California to Tuscon. Both disastrous! Never use this fly by night company. They promise the moon and when they get your money they lie! Don’t deliver what they promise. Once you book with them, you can never talk to your so called rep. Some lady in the office is all you get after your deposit. I can’t believe how they stay in business. It was the worst experience I have ever had with any company.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A GOOD MOVING EXPERIENCE!!’ Trust me! Awful.

Untruthful Sales Associate.
Sales Specialist Lied about cancellation policy in conversation. I spoke to a sales associate on the phone named Vince Pearlman for American Standard Moving and Storage and scheduled a moving service. Vince promised me verbally over the phone more than three times that I could cancel my service up until move in day. I called the next day after speaking with Vince and asked to cancel. He sent me to customer service. I asked to cancel. They denied my cancellation and requested to hold my $574 deposit because that was their written cancellation policy. The sales associate verbally denied that was their cancellation policy after I asked him numerous times. Their sales rep repeatedly denied this in a phone conversation three times. Even after calling to cancel, American Moving and Storage has refused to give me a refund even after I called the next day.

Mason and his guys, Reece & Alexander, were troopers. They finished the whole 2 bedroom move in 6.5 hours. Highly recommend using them!

They are the professional one with a cooperative staff helping you in all errands from packing to loading and in even in setting in my new house. Recommend them for sure! They deal their customer with extra care!

The crew led by William arrived on time. In fact he called when he left their office and then 10 minutes before arriving. The crew worked diligently to pack, load and unpack with great attitude. The total cost at the end was below the initial estimate and the worked was done very well. I will hire them again!

Everything was exactly how was described to me and my estimate was accurate reflecting my inventory. I am so thankful they took the time out of their day to write me countless emails and reassure me all along the way. Robert and his two guys from American Standard Moving company packed all our furniture very carefully and well protected. They really know how to utilize every bit of space in that truck too. Everything was wrapped in blankets and tape- so no scratches or scrapes to the furniture. They are best no doubt.
