Top Country Moving made my move to X easier than I could have imagined. When I made plans to move to a new city I was terrified of the amount of work involved in moving my whole life but Top Country Moving handled it with ease. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and assured me that I was in good hands. Definitely will be recommending them the next time someone asks me to help with a big move!

I was highly satisfied with the final cost and service I received from Top Country Moving from start to finish. They delivered everything safely and in a timely manner. I was especially concerned about an antique desk of my fathers but it was wrapped securely and arrived without a scratch. I have also recommended them to all my friends and coworkers. They made moving for my family and me very easy. They were very professional and they treated my things like precious cargo. All of my moving experiences haven’t been the best in the past but Top Country Moving made this a great experience. Nothing was destroyed and they didn’t take any cheese off of my macaroni with their prices. This company deserves 5 stars and I strongly recommend Top Country Moving to any movers looking for an efficient moving experience.

The quote was extremely reasonable especially since I needed packing as well. Robert & the two other men that packed me up did an amazing job and they were extremely fast! They were super friendly and asked me questions about all of my belongings. Thankfully our new apartment has an elevator so unloading was the easiest part. I hope whoever reads this review stops looking for other moving companies and just hire Top Country Moving.

Everything about this experience was just outstanding. These guys were professional and courteous during the entire process. We were hoping that the movers were just good enough to get our stuff from FL to TX. In the end they took better care of our stuff than we did. Don’t have anything bad to say about these guys. Highly recommended!

Do NOT use Top Country Moving. From the second the movers came to load up our stuff to the time that our stuff was delivered, which was an ENTIRE MONTH LATER, the experience was dreadful. The salesman who signed us up for our contracted rate (Nick) lied to us over the phone about how much we would be paying based on our items. He underreported multiple things on our list so that the price would fit what our budget was, and then of course on moving day the movers pack up our things into the truck and tell us that we owed an additional $600 dollars. His reasoning behind this was that some of the items were an "awkward fit" and had to be positioned in certain ways to take up less space. That is not our problem, as we reported all items AND their measurements and dimensions to the salesman.
After spending an hour on the phone with a gentleman in Top Country's office that was EXTREMELY RUDE and CONDESCENDING, we finally were able to get a "manager discount" from the moving supervisor and still payed $300 more than we had been told.
Keep in mind that this was after the moving supervisor said to me "come on man, you get what you pay for. You're getting a good deal and we got you a discount. My guys worked hard, do you really want us to bring everything back up here? Cause we will." That is so immoral and opportunistic.
Our stuff shipped out the 23rd of July I believe, and we did not get anything until August 23rd. During this time we had called into Top Country to get status updates on our things every few days and the person who we talked with, VICTORIA, is the WORST person I have ever dealt with on any consumer-seller-customer service aspect ever. VICTORIA is the rudest, unprofessional, deceitful, spiteful, and most snarky person I have ever spoken with, and she probably only works there because her daddy owns the company or something. Its unfortunate I didn't record all of my phone conversations with her because she straight up mocked me when I was asking where our stuff was. Every word that comes out of her mouth is sneering and aggressive, and I would not wish a conversation with VICTORIA on my worst enemy.
In the month that we waited for our things, VICTORIA told me that she didn't have to tell me ANYTHING about the location of our items because we had left a negative review. On top of that, she also threatened to hold our things hostage (we have this recorded).
Only through chance and sheer luck did I eventually get to talk to another person, Rachel, who was much more pleasant. However, she still works for a terrible, scummy, false company, as she told me that they have no way of tracking where in the country our items were.. WHAT?? The only updated she could give me was that the driver left the pickup state a week ago, but besides that there wasn't a way to check where they were. So I guess just fingers crossed that we get our things then.
To make matters worse, when our things do arrive, turns out we have to pay an additional $400 dollars because their moving truck is "too big to fit on the street". I find it interesting that the salesman, who during his sales pitch was given the address so that he could specifically LOOK AND SEE IF THERE WOULD BE ANY PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY, failed to mention that we would have to pay an additional $400 for them to use a "shuttle", which was very close in size to the truck that picked up our items, which they had no issues with then. Interesting.
The cherry on top of everything is that upon delivery of our items, my wife and I sighing in relief as we had to wait a FULL MONTH for delivery, we open boxes to find every single item COVERED IN DIRT and a lot of it broken. Brand new dresser, tv stand, and bookshelf were DESTROYED.
Please do NOT use Top Country Moving.

James and John did a great job moving my stuff. They worked fast and were very friendly. They even plastic wrapped some items I was going to move on my own. Will definitely use Top Country Moving again should I need storage services.

It was super easy and they were very flexible and able to work with my schedule. James and Mason were my movers and they were amazing! I would work with Top Country Moving again and will hire this trio again.
Classic Moving Fraud - ZERO STARS.
Quoted around 4k ended up paying almost 7k.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!! We were pitched by Cody R. and he was of course very polite and even gives you his "direct line" should you have any questions throughout the moving process. He assured me we were in good hands of course. What a joke. The first time I called Cody with a question I did not get a call back. When I called looking for our belongings he promptly put me on hold only to never pick back up. The second you pay the deposit to TC they are DONE. You can see the theme in the reviews.
When it came time for our things to be picked up on 9/15 the movers (Cheetah Movers) said we were already at capacity after loading ONLY HALF of our PREVIOUSLY INVENTORIED items and demanded we pay more.
Of course in addition to forking over more money, we ended up leaving many items behind (fridge, chairs, etc) even though I had already provided a CLEAR and DETAILED inventory to Cody during the estimation process. SCAM!! Classic moving fraud.
We set our earliest delivery date as 9/26 but that is when they actually START the moving process..so here we are across the country thinking our things will be arriving within a week or so to find out they haven't even left California. Throughout the waiting period I spoke to Rachel at TC multiple times requesting a status update and she repeatedly called dispatch and gave us different dates.
The first time we had an actual status was on 10/8 when she confirms they finally left California. We then get a call from Adam H. at TC saying movers will be at our house the following Tuesday at the latest and we would be the first drop off in FL. Tuesday we call Top Country and they said Thursday at the latest. Come Wednesday I call again to be told Saturday. Rachel at TC was so dismissive and even suggested she didn't know where we were getting the original drop off info. We had to provide her the phone number that called us and explain to her that it was from her company. Does. not. care.
From there on the only status updates I was able to get were from calling Eli at Cheetah Movers directly and being my own advocate. Our things finally arrived on Oct 18th at 8PM. Not a great experience there either. Rude and asks you to "be patient"
Both of our toddler play mats were coated in rat urine and had chew marks on them from being in a warehouse for so long. Our washing machine has a massive dent in it and honestly I'm just glad it is over with.
Do yourself a favor and stay away- this company is a nightmare. No customer service and zero regard for you or your belongings. Go direct with a company that doesn't contract your things out. Convinced any positive reviews are employees.
