RIPPING OFF SENIOR CITIZENS
My mother who is on a fixed income was completely ripped off. Explain to me how an apt that is 500 Sq ft costs over $1,000 to move. The move was supposed to take 2 hrs but ended up taking 7 hrs. The movers had to call the owner to help move a curio. The owner observed the movers arguing and was told by 1 mover that the other was not helping. I drove by and observed 1 mover walking back from the store while on the clock. We actually were moving into the new apt and witnessed 2 other residents start and finish their move while our movers took breaks and held conversations with residents. My mother has called Shelby over 15 times and left messages with no response. Yeah, I wonder why. The list just goes on. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS

Great experience from this team. Move was fast and efficient and Shelby in the office was a pleasure.

Willie and his crew (2 new guys) did a great job. They were very professional. Willie explained what their plan was. Asked for input about what needed to be done. The guys were very conscientious of handling all items. Took extra care of items I explained were very important. They worked efficiently. As they started the unload process, it started raining pretty hard. This did not deter their work. They made sure everything was covered between the truck and house. Made sure to put a blanket down at the entry point and then cleaned up before they left. Would highly recommend them.

I booked a move with Shelby (whom i thought was a very professional lady, clearly I was wrong) for the evening with this company and 45 mins outside my move window (5-7) I received a text (7:45) stating that my movers were delayed and wouldnt be able to fit me in for the day. When I was booking, Shelby, (the same fake professional lady) assured me it was perfectly okay if I needed to have my move in the afternoon (I work after all) and not once did she mention this would run a risk of a no show.
Extremely extremely disappointed in these people. If you are looking for reliability, look elsewhere.
Last thing I think is good to mention. They are currently running a $100 special, and the move still came out to more than other companies.
Waste of time and money
Worst experience I’ve ever had
Do not use this company. They charged me over twice the estimate on my studio apartment, charged my credit card without telling me the total, and the “customer service department” is a joke. I’m reporting them to the BBB. I felt taken advantage of and swindled.

I want to thank Shelby Torres and all the crew at Big Boys Moving Company. Ms. Torres was very professional and ranks in the highest level of customer service. Arranged move from two locations. The team of movers were right on time, very polite, knowledgeable, respectful, strong and worked non stop 9 hours. Their price was great. I would definitely recommend them to any friends or family for any moving needs. Again thanks for making life easier during some difficult times.

Awesome Job
The care my crew took in making sure everything was padded taped and then shrink wrapped was top rate. No issues at all. The guys were very courteous and respectful. They did their very best to get everything they could on that truck but not at the risk of damage. I would absolutely use them again. Shelby made sure no hidden fees and no add-ons. Absolutely 5 Star Service from these folks. Don't trust anyone else with your next move!!!
Life Savers - Literally!
I hired the company from New York to assist my daughter who was in urgent need to move out of her home in the Tampa area and put items into storage. The pricing was extremely reasonable and Shelby, their sales representative went over and above to ensure same day service! I was blown away by their professionalism and kindness. Will definitely use this service again if needed and highly recommended to anyone.

I express my appreciation to the two young men who provided our move from storage facility to residence. They were professional, respectful, job focused, and did not waste any time. Top notch service at a fair price
I hired big boys to move some bedroom and office furniture that I had purchased on Facebook marketplace. They picked up the furniture at the location of purchase (2 different locations) and held it for me until I got to Tampa (I was out of town). Then they brought it to my home and set it all up for me. I didn’t want to spend a fortune for movers because it was secondhand furniture, but Big Boys treated me like royalty! I would highly recommend Shelby and her team to anyone, even if it’s just a local move in and around Tampa. Great job!

Hired this gang to move my furniture. They Broke a glass shelf a side panel on my china (which was not included in the items to move). They are refusing to take responsibility of their screw up. Called the bank to dispute charge and probably will get my attorney involved because the refer to their crooked contract and fine print releases. They also round their hours up at $129 per hour and have hidden charges. Their advertised special s are also Awful bait and a hoax. All in all an immoral crooked business!!! Folks, just RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!

These Guys Are Great!
Kyle, Robert, Jessie, & Tom were all extremely hard workers and ultimate professionals at their job. They were also very nice guys and it was a pleasure having them move all my "stuff", and I can highly recommend them and Big Boys Movers to anyone needing professional movers that care about your possessions. These guys are truly great! And Shelby at the office was extremely nice and very helpful in setting up the move! Moving is always stressful, but Big Boys Moving sure made it a little easier. I will definitely be telling friends and neighbors about the company, and especially about the guys mentioned above.
