1. Excellent.

   I recently had the pleasure of working with Shelby and the Big Boys Moving team. This is my second move with Big Boys Moving, and once again they came on time, handled my items with care, the crew was very polite and efficient. The wow factor of this move is how careful these guys were with every item I had! They showed up with masks and gloves which was great. The quote they gave me was EXACTLY the time it took. I can tell these guys are professionals! I don’t plan on moving again but if anyone asks for a referral to a moving company I will tell them about the Big Boys Moving team every time!

2. Move from a retirement community to storage.

   During COVID moving out of a retirement community was the answer as my mother in law settled into our home. Movers Justin and Alex professionally packed her precious belongings and respectfully handled her valuables. Shelby Torres who arranged the move returned all our calls and answered our concerns. It is easy to see why this is so highly rated.

3. 3 brdrm house plus den.

   Shelby was very professional in her discussion with us. Told us exactly what the cost would be. Our builder had issues so we were delayed by 3 months. Our furniture was held in storage and then redelivered on time and everything was put back together as confirmed. Daniel and Tom were excellent in there work very honest and hard working young men. Highly recommend this company.

4. Look elsewhere!

   Although the movers were great, I was basically berated by the manager for complaining about the delay in start time. They showed up at 1230 PM to do a 2500 square foot 2 story house move AFTER doing two other jobs. This was unacceptable to me but the manager was obstinate and rude. Dont use this company!

5. Get what you pay for!

   I am extremely happy with the crew from Big Boys Moving! I had to call the same day my move was going to happen because another “DISCOUNT” moving company cancelled last minute!! I was against a deadline and after calling several other moving companies and being told over and over that this couldn’t be done in a day I spoke with Shelby at Big Boys and within a few minutes she had a move plan for me! The crew arrived within an hour of speaking with the office, I was amazed that they were CDC compliant with face masks, gloves and sanitizing the tools and cargo area of the truck each step of the move. These guys saved me HUNDREDS in delays for moving and hotel costs. The crew was efficient, knowledgeable and polite. I have moved several times before and I’ve had mixed experiences with movers but these guys know what they are doing. I can’t thank Big Boys Moving enough for saving the day for myself and my family. I would recommend them to anyone! I guess the moving business is just like everything else, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

6. Quick and efficient.

   They moved my piano with no issues and did a great job. They were on time and was very courteous with the entire process.

7. Shelby took care of everything!

   During a very difficult time dealing with a death, Shelby took care of having the home furnishings 0packed up, taken to 2 different locations, home and storage. Everything was handled delicately as these were precious possessions. Shelby was very professional, the entire process was awesome!! Thank you Big Boys!!

8. 4 pieces of furniture.

   Awesome customer service! Very fast and courteous. Michaels team were very COVID-19 conscious and on there game. Highly recommend these guys.

9. Great complaint to work with.

   I’ve moved serval times, but this was the 1st time using Big Boys Moving. What an awesome company to work with!! From getting everything scheduled with Shelby, to the 2 work horses, Alex and Justin who came to actually move me. These guys moved my things so effortlessly, quick and careful. Very polite and professional group of people to deal with at a time when my stress level was thru the roof. I highly recommend them for your moving needs, it won’t be anytime soon, but when (and if) I ever move again, I know exactly who I’ll be calling to help me!! Awesome job Shelby, Alex and Justin!!

10. Piano Move.

    I inherited an upright piano from my grandmother. Alex and his coworker took care to well wrap, and lift the piano from her home to mine. The office team was also wonderful about contacting me in a timely manner and ensuring I knew what to expect.
    
    Shelby was so helpful in getting me scheduled, and understanding when the pandemic broke out and I needed to delay the move.
    
    All in all, I am super pleased and plan to use them again anytime I need to move again.

    

11. Moving 4 bdr house.

    Great job by Rob and Wes in our move on May 18. They were very professional and wraped all our furniture where applicable and took apart the bedroom furniture without any issues. I would rate them 10 stars but can only choose five on your site. I would like to have Rob and Wes back to move our furniture once our new home is finished.

12. Kind, caring and courteous!

    I cannot begin to thank Shelby’s Crew enough! My moms refrigerator quit on her last night and I happened to have a a spare, not being used much, in my garage. With no notice, Shelby helped me problem solve and the best ever crew showed up at my house within a couple hours and delivered to my sweet mom. They treated her so nicely and even took her old fridge to the roadside for pick up. We woke up with a big problem this morning and this company/crew was an absolute Godsend! Many thanks to all!

13. Highly Recommended.

    Booking with Shelby was an easy process and clearly explained expectations for the time and cost. She proactively reached out the day before to offer a earlier spot in the day which worked well for all.
    
    Alex and Turp, our moving crew, were very careful with our furniture, taking the necessary precautions to pad and wrap each item before loading. They were very collaborative in the process and took time to offer recommendations on which items should be first on/last off. On the delivery side, they setup the furniture where we asked and assembled the pieces that needed it.
    
    Kudos to Alex, Turp, and Shelby for making our move effortless!

14. Total RIPOFF & Poor Customer Remediation.

    If you are going to claim to be the top movers out there, then you should be able to back it up with great customer service. NO one is perfect but your ability to compensate for imperfections goes along way. Particularly when you are dealing with customers who are moving,which is innately a very challenging process in one's life. These movers significantly overcharged us and did not put together our furniture properly causing us to have to spend an additional 2 hours rebuilding it. They only supplied us with 2 movers and we clearly needed 3 , This is a strategy they use to overcharge you because at over $100 per hour with only 2 helpers can run you over 10 hours if you are not careful. The movers were polite and careful but I think they were overworked and tired. Guess who has to pay for that.. US! They took super long and made lots of mistakes in putting together our furniture because they were tired. Shelby suggested we should have stopped them once we noticed they were exhausted to prevent the extra hours of charges.. This is not a suitable solution and as such she gets 1 star for customer service and her inability to challenge herself as it pertains to how she managed the allocation of helpers for the job costing us over 500 more than initially quoted The move was less than 1 mile away and we paid 1000! That is insane. I would never use this Company again. NEVER EVER!

15. Professional Movers.

    Alex & Benjamin did a great job. They were EARLY, professional and careful with our things. We would definitely use Big Boys again and will request Alex and Benjamin as well.
