Local move
Movers arrived within the time window they stated. Foreman was very courteous and helpful. Crew was friendly and careful moving my furniture. Price was reasonable compared to the companies from which I got quotes. I would use this company again.
Amazing company

Stress Free Moving.
We had some challenging very heavy items and Element Moving came with the right people and tools to get the job done safely. I can't say enough how relaxed I was seeing how professionally my move was executed.
A Great Experience.
We had a wonderful move to NC using Element Moving. They did exactly what they promised. Their staff was very professional, they were on-time, and they were very respectful of our home and the merchandise they were moving. I highly recommend them.
Worse Move Ever.
This was my worst move ever and I've moved across country several times. They packed art and it came broken and damaged. They insisted on soft-crating antiques and then lost the hardware to put them back together. I asked several times about insurance and got the same answer.. it was my decision BUT they had very few claims. Do yourself a favor and look for another company to move you.
Miserable Move.
Worst move of my life. Items lost or stolen. When unpacking they threw clothing items on the floor of a bedroom closet. When I called they denied that they had also lost a box that was very important to me. When I called the "concierge" at the company he said he would call the driver and get back to me no later than the next day. Haven't heard from them since. Use them at your own risk.
Element Movers.
They did a great job. This is to amend my one star review. It was just a horrible day due to sickness and horrible weather. It all turned out okay and ELEMENT made me whole.
Horrible.
After purchasing a Groupon, I called Element and booked my appointment a month in advance for 2 movers/2hrs. Element explained they would call me 3 days before to give me time options. Because this was accepted, I changed my lease days to accommodate their moving schedule.
Then, as time was approaching to move, I did not hear from them, even a day before my scheduled move date. So, I called them the day before and they say they can now only move me
at 8 am. Now, my leasing office doesn’t open until 9am leaving me with maybe 30-40 min to move, if I'm lucky. Even after explaining my circumstance and trying to re-schedule within the next couple days - they flat out refused. You would think booking so far in advance would grant some priority but it didn't matter. Element fit me in based on what was convenient for their schedule that day.
I was beyond frustrated. they demanded that I move at 8 am or not all and only left me with 12 hours to turn around and find someone else. There's enough stress in moving as it is, then to have to deal with their un-professionalism was too much to handle.
Appointment No Show.
I did some research and chose and set up an appointment with Element Moving to come to my house and give me an estimate for a big move across the country. I office from my home and was working when I realized they had not arrived for our appointment time. I checked my phone, saw that there was a message forty five minutes earlier, that said they were on their way. I returned the call only to be informed that they would no longer be coming, since they had scheduled another appointment, and I that I had not returned their call in time. What?
Great Choice - They Were Terrific.
I have previously done my research and relied upon "Best of .." for several devices . When it came to moving this past September, I again went to "Best of" and I called Element. Their Estimator was professional, timely and very reassuring. When moving day came the crew (4) arrived with two trucks and were fantastic. They all introduced themselves to me and were careful beyond explanation. If I had a question they were more than happy to answer and they worked "hard" the entire time. They got everything packed and made the first delivery to my new home and I had a second stop, in Keller where they moved my upright grand piano - without a problem. These guys did a great job at a great and fair price and I would highly recommend you consider using them.

The team that moved us from Plano Tx to Wichita Fa;;s TX were kind, courteous, and considerate. My spouse is a disabled Vet with a heart condition and they young men did their upmost to make sure he didn't do any lifting. That was no easy task as he is very head strong. Our apartment was packed and loaded in 3 hours. It took a little longer to unload. We were very pleased with the move. The foreman was very knowledgeable when it came to what we would need to hook up our dryer. He offered advice on what we would need to make it compatible with the electric outlet. All in all I was very glad I chose this company. It was nice to have someone come out and give us an idea of how much it would cost for the move. I think it is a good idea to get an estimate and that didn't cost a thing. Grate people and company.
Urgent moving.
The service I received was excellent. All since I contact Element Moving Co. Joy the person that answer the phone was very understanding of my problem. I needed to move with a very short noticed. Other companies had turning me down. They were willing to work with my needs. 2-3 days notice and weekend moving. Also store my furniture and cleaning the place because I had just sold my house. I needed to take all the items I was not going to keep out of the house. Everything went well. The staff was very nice and took care of my stuff in a very professional manner. Well oiled machine.
I am more than pleased and would use Element Moving and Storage again. They did everything they said they would and were profession, courteous and just enjoyable to pack with. I am somewhat worn out by 4 rugrat grandchildren and the guys went over expectations to help me out. When they drove away I had every confidence my things would arrive in Louisiana in the same shape they left Fort Worth, and they did. Dawn.
Charged twice what they quoted.
It took the movers 11 hours to pack and move a two hour distance. In the past, other movers had done it in 5 hrs.
The packers were slow slow that I eventually asked a friend to help. She arrive late and yet still packed more than 50% of the house. At the end of 11 hrs they still weren't done, yet they wanted me to pay them. I refused to pay until the job was completed, as contracted.
The job cost twice what they quoted me and I had to haggle since the increased price was their fault (inefficiency).
They damaged 6 items and gave me nothing to compensate.
Do NOT use Element Moving. They will give you a great quote and then take twice as long and charge you twice as much.
Loved them and would def use them again!
Did a out of state move.
They came the day I called for a quote-did the quote and scheduled the move 3 days later. The same crew packed, moved as well as delivered everything. Manager as well as coordinators were in contact with me the whole time following up and offering extra assistance. The private building we were moving out of were so impressed they asked for contact information for Element so they could recommend the company themselves for their residents.
