Impressive movers.
We had Kenny & Roberto as our movers. They were like the energizer bunny! They worked hard & fast but they were very careful with our items. They were very pleasant & never complained about anything.. even ALL the stairs they had to climb! We were very impressed with both of them. I WILL use this company again & I will recommend to anyone moving.
Quinn move from Louisiana to Texas.
It is my pleasure to write a review for Chance, Steven, and Jesus who packed and moved us from Louisiana to Texas. Their professionalism was only exceeded by their respectful, pleasant, caring personalities. These young men surpassed my expectations. They packed my artwork, and glass items (of which we had many) with great care. We had one broken glass from a coffee table which the company replaced within a few days. The company stored our items for a month and then put everything into our new home..setting up whatever we needed..They were amazing. The second crew that unloaded our things included Chance and Steven and added Roberto, David, and Marco. They were prompt, careful, clean, and thoughtful about all of our items. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I have commented often on how this company and particularly the guys that worked on our move went way more than the extra mile for us. Piano moving.
Mike G. and Jared did an awesome job. They were on time and quick to get the job done. I thought moving a piano would be a major move but they made it so easy. They were careful to put down protection on my hardwood floors and were very careful also with my brick front porch. The girls in the office were awesome too. They sent out a welcome email and also called to let me know the guys were on the way!! I will defintely use this company again. Great work!!
Moving.
Moving is a very vulnerable time for most people, as it often involves time pressure, significant money and relying on multiple parties which you usually don't know ahead of time. It can be and usually is stressful however Element Moving and Storage represents the best a moving company can offer. They have professional estimators who go out of their way to give you a realistic estimate rather than the competition who low ball their estimates. They set expectations and keep their customers informed. They have friendly, reliable and trustworthy foremen who do a great job of managing the job from start to finish. The crews are regulars who have been trained and receive continual training to minimize the chances of damages. This sets Element Moving and Storage apart from a lot of their competitors who use day laborers. In the rare event that something is damaged, Element Moving and Storage has a Customer Service Manager who personally handles the claim from start to finish. I have personally hired Element Moving and Storage and felt so confident about them that I have referred them to multiple high net-worth clients of mine who have had excellent experiences as well. One client alone has used them at least 5 times. Whenever I need to move next I will call Element Moving and Storage.
Stress free move.
The salesman was thorough and professional. I obtained 2 other estimates and they were all very close to $1800. The moving crew showed up on time. They were efficient and professional. They communicated their progress and took very good care of my possessions. I was thankful they accommodated a late afternoon delivery. The crew was very professional and polite. There was zero damage, a first for me! I would like to thank Mark, Jorge, Jared, and David for their exceptional service. The final bill was only 1500, a very pleasant end to a two day move. I will enthusiastically recommend Element Moving. .

The Element team moved our synagogue furniture (some very large, as well as delicate items) to and from a local hotel when we moved our services there for Yom Kippur this year. Having personally moved around the country quite a bit over the last few years and used many different companies, I can not stop expressing my amazement with the entire Element experience. Moved from Arlington to Grand Prairie.
Moved from a storage unit in Arlington to a 2 story home in southern Grand Prairie and Mike, Neftaily, and Jesus did an outstanding job. Great group of guys. I believe they moved our stuff as if it was their very own items. I would definitely tell any who is in need of moving to call them up.
Excellent Experience!
Thanks to Mike and Jared for making our move quick and easy. After a cross-country move we were happy to have the professional, friendly and efficient help of Element to help with the final stages of getting our things out of storage and into our new house. I would highly recommend Element Moving.
Element Moving and Storage (Out of Town Move).
We moved from Rockwall, Texas to Georgetown, Texas. Louis Rosa was the foreman and he was fantastic. Louis's crew were very careful with our property. They loaded the truck in an efficient manner and the overall quote was right on target (in fact the final price was a little less than the quote.) Our move was a 2 day move. They picked up our goods on a Friday and then delivered them on Saturday. Element was the only mover willing to do that. They finished at 1:30 on Friday. Since the distance between Rockwall and Georgetown involves travel on a major interstate and a high volume of traffic, especially on the weekends, we were pleased that Element used two days. The goods were delivered on Saturday and everything placed and reassembled in our temporary housing. We did most of our own packing but Element packed our glass curio and a picture and a mirror. Since we are only staying in our current location for 6 months, they even removed their blankets from the large picture and then repacked it for us. The curio was handled very carefully and arrived in perfect shape. All three people were courteous to us and pleasant to work with. They even talked to our little dog. I would recommend this group to anyone, especially if Louis is the foreman on the move. I don't think he walked; he was in high speed all the time but still managed to be pleasant and careful with the property. Jeff was the person who gave us the estimate. The overall price was about $1800.00 which was about $1000 less than anyone else. We picked Element in a large part because of how Jeff handled himself during the estimation process. We interviewed 5 movers and Jeff just stood out in his professionalism and personality. Hollie worked with us to keep the lines of communication open and we appreciate all of her help. .
Quick and Effecient.
The movers arrived early and were ready to go. They went right to work starting in one room, covering the furniture and moving it onto the truck and carrying boxes out. I was thrilled that they were so eager and quick. They asked if it was ok to make a couple of trips because I was moving such a short distance and they would not have to waste time fitting things into the truck. I loved the idea because I was packing my car with a few things I wanted to carry myself. By the time I had my car packed they were ready to go. They were able to get two truck loads before lunch. By the time I got my lunch they were already back at my house waiting on me and ready to go again. They were happy to do anything I asked such as move the oven and dishwasher. They even switched out the plugs to the oven and dryer that were 3 pronged in new house and 4 prong plugs in old house. I have never had real movers before, but I will not hesitate to hire Element again if ever I move again. The quote I was given was about $875, but the final cost for me was $735. They were a great group of guys, very friendly and courteous but hard working and quick on their feet. Not a thing was lost, stolen, or broken. And I can't stress how lucky I was to have Luis Rosa as the project manager. I will use them again by name, or refer them to all my friends and family.
Great Movers.
We were just moving down the street and didn't need all that Element was initially going to offer to us. They were able to create a custom move to fit our needs. Jose, Moses and Jorge arrived on time, and were extremely friendly and professional. They completed the job quicker than we planned and we were extremely pleased. We are building a new home and once its complete, we will request Jose, Moses and Jorge to come help us again. .
Excellent Service with Element Moving.
We were extremely satisfied with our movers; Jose, Chris, and Jorge. They arrived on time and were very professional throughout the entire move. We had items which were being moved to our new place, donated to a local charity, and being placed into storage. The guys quickly coordinated which items were going where and the order in which they would be placed in the truck and delivered to the desired location, and moved them in an efficient manner so that no additional unnecessary charges would be incurred. As the movers charged by the hour, Jose identified when the clock started and stopped. They took care to protect the walls and floors at both our old and new homes, and identified property we owned with preexisting damage before they moved the items. Lastly, all of our property made it to our new place and storage unit in the same condition as it was in before the move. We would recommend Jose, Chris, and Jorge to anyone, and will definitely be using Element Moving's services again. .
We were very happy!
We found Element Moving on this website about 2 weeks before we needed to move my granparents from East TX to Fort Worth, TX on Nov 12th, 2012. It is over a 230 mile drive. Hollie was great and has such a calm manner. I also was very impressed with the quote that was emailed to us. It actually broke down/explained what the different costs were. Man hours, gas, drive time and any extra packing material past what they provided for free. The email was very detailed and helped us out with getting ready. My family has had several moves and this was the first time I have seen this done. I would like to say that the cost estimated was almost exactly what we paid. I don't think it was even a $50 difference. The total ended up being around $1,980. We had been quoted about $3000 from another moving company, they charged based on the weight of the stuff being moved.
My mom was handling the pick up in East TX. The movers were scheduled to arrive somewhere from 11am - 1pm. They got there at 1 pm I think. It was a long drive for them, prob 6 hours. I was nervous that the pick up part would be stressful for my mom since she was dealing with it on her own. When I spoke with her at the end she said that they did great and to give them an excellent grade when asked. I don't think she even had to pop a Xanax.
They dropped off the furniture the next day at noon, as scheduled. Our movers were Kenny, Jared & Steven. They were all very professional and nice. I could tell that the boss/main guy of the crew ran a tight ship, which is great to see when it comes to moving all of our grandparent's lifelong possesions. All of the the furniture were wrapped in blue blankets. The curio cabinet and grandfather clock were wrapped and boxed up. Nothing was broken or damaged. The guys even remembered how my grandparents living room and bedroom was set up, since we were trying to re-create it like they had it.
It was a unanimous decision by all of my family that this was our best moving experience in a while. Next time one of us moves we won't have to do any researching beacuse we plan to use Element Moving again.
Move 3-bed household from Fort Worth to Houston.
I rate my entire experience with Element Moving a high 5!! Hollie was very informative and patient in arriving at the best estimate possible. NO SURPRISES!! NO EXTRA FEES after the original quote. Mark's team arrived on time and immediately went to work. Mike and Steven wrapped every piece of furniture with heavy blankets. Mark knew exactly how to load the truck to maximize space and secure the items section by section. I've used movers before and never had such care shown for my belongings. It was wrapped and packed so well that after unloading none of the furniture was scratched, nicked or had worn spots.! Really! The men were extremely polite and wouldn't let me do anything. During the unloading, they moved the furniture around until I was happy with the arrangement. They made sure the boxes went to the right room. They "didn't want to leave me in a mess." I made the decision to go with Element Moving because of the favorable reviews and so now I'm one of those favorable reviews. Don't hesitate to hire Element Moving, especially Mark's team.
Excellent service with a smile !
I had interviewed about 5 other moving companies before Element Moving and Storage. When Jeff came out to do a walk through for an estimate, I made my decision right then. He was honest, pleasant, informative and had a very caring attitude. Communication with the office was excellent, Hollie was there for us and easily accessible by phone or email. Julie was absolutely wonderful in her communication scheduling the move. Chance, Jared and Mike were friendly and extremely hard working! I chose to have Element do the packing for us. Everything was padded, insulated to the max against damage. They never became flustered when I would find another item that needed to be added, just always replied with a SMILE " we will take care of that Ma'am".
The move was quick and stress free! Element took care of everything and before Chance and Mike left they asked if I needed any furniture moved or was I happy with where I had initially had them place it. They made sure I was completely satisfied before they left.
