  1. Great service!

I found this company through Groupn and it's great company to use! Hollie was very professional and helpful and the crew that moved us was very fast and professional. My crew was Jesus, LaDarrius & Eleazor. I would recommend this company to other people.

  2. Review.

Excellent movers.  They arrived on time, were friendly and fast.  Would definitely recommend their services to others.  Hollie in the office was a huge help as well, very nice and accomodating.  My crew was: Jesus, Roberto & Jorge.  .

  3. Best Movers, hands down!

I found these guys from a Groupon deal when I was searching the area for quality movers.  After doing research, this company is accredited by the BBB, which really caught my eye.  Submitted a quote request which was promptly answered by Hollie, followed  by a phone call shortly after.  Explaining to Hollie that I had seen a deal from Groupon, and she offered to price match it right then and there to save me the trouble of going through the whole process of Groupon (A in my book).  Hollie was extremely informative and helpful. She was completely honest in estimating what I needed in order to get my move done right and on time.  When the moving day came, Mike, Eddie, and Jorge were very courteous and polite.  Paper work was straight forward, and explaination of services was spot on from what Hollie and I spoke about.  NO HIDDEN FEES or FINE PRINT.  They told me what was going to happen and made it happen.  The 3 man team came on-time, and was able to move my 2br/1bth apartment to a house 45 min away, and was able to do it under 2 hours without damaging any items.  Very cool guys to work with, would highly recommend these 3 guys to anybody seeking recommendation on moving companies.   Great Job ELEMENT! You will be hearing from me again in future moves!

  4. Have used Element moving twice now.

I really like this company.  Staff is friendly, thorough, efficient, and very professional.  I have used them twice now and my quote matched my final charges both times.  No hidden fees, Professional appearance, excellent office staff.

  5. Amazing Moving Experience.

Our move could not have been a better experience!  Element went above and beyond in so many ways.  Every single person that we dealt with along the process was polite, friendly, and ready to bend over backwards to make sure that our needs were met.  The price was excellent also!  We would HIGHLY recommend Element Moving and would definitely use them again.

  6. Far exceeded expectations.

Form the moment of my first phone call, Hollie took the time to answer my all of my questions. After finding so many positive reviews, I called back and scheduled my move. All of our belongings were in storage and only moving a few miles down the road. The team of Jeremy, Moises, Roberto & Jorge showed up right on time, and even through it was raining all morning, Jeremy found a dry spot for he and I to discuss the contract one last time.   The guys jumped into the move and loaded the truck by far the fastest I have seen. One would think that this would not be secure or a cariing manner, yet these guys had a method to their speed! Very well packed and secure. Even going as far as to wipe the rain of the furniture as it was loaded on the truck.   Upon the unloading of the move, I had concerns with a new home and wood floors and the rain. . Jeremy and the guys laid down a protective covering and were found to be keeping things neat and tidy throughout the process. Once again an overall GREAT experiance to help alleviate the stress of moving. Thank you Element! You guys all are rock stars!   You will be referred many times!   Jason & Suzana  .

  7. Alex and Christian.

Alex and Christian were beyond our expectations. They worked quickly and effeceintly, and were done 30 minutes before our time was up. They were friendly and helpful. They had the same idea about packing a storage unit that we did. It was nice to meet and have such wonderful men to help!

  8. Local Move.

I used Element Moving for my initial move of household to storage, and then for the move into our new house.  The intial move experience was great, so I quickly scheduled them for my move into new home.  The move experience into our house was as good as the initial move.  The guys were very nice/polite, prompt, and carefule with all of the items.  They did a great job on what turned out to be a very cold day for North Texas.  I would recommend Element Moving to anyone looking for a company to hire, and I most definitely will use them for all future moves.

  9. Easiest move EVER.

I called and Hollie was quick, clear and professional with my estimate. Mike, Jorge and Eddy were incredible..it took them two hours to pack, transport and unpack. By FAR the nicest moving crew I ever dealt with and also extremely efficient and fast. I couldn't believe how quick it was done. Will definitely use in the future.

  10. Move in dfw.

Mike and Jorge were excellent. The company gave them the incorrect address but they communicated prompty to resolve the issue. Eventhough they arrived late due to dispatch' s error, they were flawless on themove and extrimelly quick while being carefull with our items. I would certainly recomend !

  11. Moving Household Goods and Furniture.

We had multiple issues.  first, the salesperson underestimated the move by 50% of what it actually cost.  We stored our household goods at their storage facility in Carrollton, TX and we asked for some discounts due to the poor estimating; but after saying that they would help us; in the end, they did nothing.   Upon delivery of our goods, we discovered a number of broken items, badly scratched furniture, and items such as lamps and cabinets that were broken down to such a level that we could not put them back together.  The boxes were unmarked as to what room that went to, and parts of a given item ended up in more than one box.  We had large items broken (e.g., a 3 foot clock) and small ones (curio figures) smashed.    In fairness, the moving crews were polite and easy to work with, but their packing acumen was inconsistent, and the damages mounted as we unpacked. .

  12. Very Good Experience.

The crew was exemplary and showed a dedication to get the job resolved.  Braving cold temperatures, they worked to completion and that was much appreciated.  All for guys Neftaily, Crecencio, Roberto and Frank work tirelessly - while the elevator at the storeage facility broke and they had to use the stairwell.  The value you get at Element's price point is the best deal out there.  There were several delays due to weather, but Sheila and her team called daily to update and assure that they were going to be there as soon as they could.  Much appreciated - I'd recommend them to anybody. .

  13. Flawless Move!

This was our company's third move using Element.  As with the prior moves, we received excellent service.  Eleazor and Jesus moved our product from a storage unit to our offices.  I was greatly impressed with their professionalism and upbeat attitudes.  The office staff, Hollie and Julie, were very efficient and moved quickly to help us with the fast turnaround.  I highly reccommend Element.

  14. Best movers! Very recommended!!

I can't say a single bad thing about Element. Outstanding!!
Element Moving and Storage has done three moves for me now. The first time, we didn't really know them at all. We only moved two miles, but they actually packed everything as if I were going cross country! I told them they could just throw it all in the back, but they didn't do that. We are major art collectors with very expensive art, and every single thing got transferred with no issues at all, even without crates (because it was only a couple miles)! Really I have NOTHING negative that I can say about them. That is why I hired them two more times for an office space of ours and a relative's apartment. When we move again soon, they will be the ones we call.

  15. Worst moving company in America-a ZERO Rating.

I moved from Dallas to Phoenix in July/august. I was very clear with Scott the salesmen that I dealt with that they could arrive to my house as early as they wanted to on the day of my move out in order to pack my house as I had to be on my 7:50 pm flight and could not miss it and they needed to finished by 5 pm. Scott assured me that the 3 man crew could get all of the packing and moving done by 5 pm. they showed up just before 9 am and doing it in a day would not be a problem. As moving and packing day progressed and everyone saw that there was no way they would have my house packed and ready to move by 5 pm, new workers, my impression was that they were likely folks they hired from a temp agency and put a Element t-shirt on them to come pack my house. The level of damage that occurred because these workers had absolutely no experience in packing a home was deplorable. Heavy books were packed in with fragile lamp shades, they cut a hole in the bottom of a leather and alligator ottoman so they could put the legs of the leather chair inside the bottom of the ottoman. Even the driver and the brokered workers in Phoenix could not believe that someone would purposely vandalize property like that. 2 weeks after tehy delivered my goods, I notified them that my 8' ladder was missing. They confirmed that they found it in their warehouse and would ship it immediately on the next truck going west or UPS it to me if they had too. 7 weeks ladder, and 2 phone calls and 3 e-mails later, I get an e-mail saying they could NOT find my ladder and to add it to my loss claim damage report. I'll tell you exactly what happened, they decided it would be more cost effective for them to buy me a new ladder rather than deliver mine. I'm quite certain this is the definition of stealing. Rather than finishing taking my computer desk apart, they moved it partially assembled, which clearly states in their contract they would NOT do. Obviously, the desk was completely detroyed in the move. In an effort to maximize space, they crammed a box into a metal wine rack, they put a clay pot in a 35 gallon trash barrel, ripping and destorying the barrel. They packed a multi-DVD player in a box upside down in with galss pictures. This caused the DVD player to be unbalanced and no longer works. The list of this type of carelessness goes on and on and on. They only had to put together 2 beds and a pub table, each of which was put together backward or not tightened enough. They would have had to put together a computer desk put it arrived in pieces. Had they taken the time to take it apart, it would have taken up less space and layed evenly together. Of 186 boxes that Element packed, 8 were marked with their correct contains so on the receiving end in Phoenix, boxes that should have been in the kitchen were put upstairs in the master, boxes that should have been in the kitchen were in the living room or the office and this goes for just about every box that arrived as I had no way of telling the guys on the receiving end what was to go where. It took me over 2 months to get this mess straightened out. It seems that Element's entire move's strategy was, "just put it in a box, who cares what happens to it as we'll never see this guy again." In the past 3 months, I have taken over 100 pictures of damaged, crushed, torn and destroyed boxes and spent almost 50 hours recording and cateloging all the damage. As a corporate executive, I have moved 8 times all around this country and in those 8 corporate moves, 3 glasses have been broken and my bike received a small scratch. When I pulled away from my house at 6:25 pm, everything I owed was scattered all across my front yard and driveway. This group of workers was nothing short of animals in dealing with my goods and the level of destruction they caused, the extra time I had to spent to figure out where everything should have gone and the exhorbitate amount of time I have had to spend to record all this damage is deplorable. Please do yourself a HUGE favor and hire Professional movers or anybody but element.      .
