I'd give Element a Solid 5.
Just wanted to take a moment and review Element, because it's not that often I come across ANY company that I want to tell others about publiclly.
However, Element is one of those companies with an outstanding staff and customer services. On top of that, they actually do what they say and stick to it.
Time after time I have hired moving companies (I'm retired but still travel to locations and move often) in the past and they have all had dismal failures. Even one time loosing my entire moving truck of furniture for 4 days in Ohio.
Anyway, Element had none of that and their crew was very poliet and courteous to say the least. They move like the wind and always called me "Sir" even though I wasn't wearing any military uniforms!
Give them a call for a Solid 5 star move.

Really liked element.
I was very pleased w element moving. The reviews I read here are true, they are very nice and what surprised me, is the speed! I thought the house was on fire! Lol

My experience with Element Moving Company.
The reason that I chose Element Moving Company is Hollie. She was awesothe phone phone,explained all the details to me and as we had to change plans,she was agreeable and nice. The moving crew was polite,helpful and funny at timesThey took care of my crystal and china and nothing was broken.They were on time,packing and delivering,very efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better crunch of guys,they work so good together. Thank you for a great job and a fun experience!
Very Good movers.
I used Element Moving before and my prior experience was very good. This time I used their services, I was pleased again to find they were prompt, professional, fast and knew their business. I was impressed with how well they wrapped my furniture, how quickly they loaded my boxes, how they secured sections of furniture in the truck and the successful and quick unloading of everything. Thanks Mark and crew!
Element Moving exceeded our expectations.
Element exceeded our expectations! We had a 3 bedroom home and two large storage units to move to another state--our most challenging move ever. Element worked with us to manage the cost to fit within our budget--two of their trucks plus one we rented, with their crew loading and unloading all 3 trucks. The actual cost came in about 20% under the final estimate, which was great--usually these things go the other way! Since the move took several days we had a couple members of the 5-man crew change before the final crew of Jesus, Tory, Jorge, Michael and Marco arrived at our new house on the last day. All were hard-working, careful, and fast. So far we have found only one damaged item, a loose ornamental shelf with a broken finial. Here again Element exceeded our expectations--we thought more items would be damaged in transit. We had one especially delicate item--a grandfather clock--which worked perfectly upon reassembly.
Excellent Movers!
I had an excellent experience using Element Moving & Storage to move from Portland, TX to Frisco, TX (a 414 mile move). The quote I received was for $6,372. That included materials, packing services, loading, transporting, and unloading the contents of my home. The final bill was $5,854.28, well under the initial quote, so I was pleasantly surprised! The utility concierge service was a great benefit (at no cost), Warrent Walters was a great help with setting up service at my new home! The moving crew was professional and friendly. Jeremy Castillo, Moiseis, John Martin, and Eleazor Morales, thank you for a job well done! I really liked that the crew stays with you the entire time. They disassembled my furniture with ease and reassembled it when they delivered it. They were very easy to work with.
I would recommend Element Moving & Storage to anyone looking for a mover and will use them in the future should I need a mover again.
Move from Dallas Tx to McKinney Tx.
Excellent job in protecting my furnitiure from pick up to delivery. The team took their time wrapping all glass items and loaded them on the truck accordingly. All three were very polite and professional. I would recomend Element in the future. R. Musto.
Fabulous Experience.
After calling several companies to compare prices, Element was the only one that followed up as they said they would with a written e-mail stating what they told me over the phone. A few days later a friendly follow up phone call from Holly just to see if we had any questions about the quote. She was friendly, NOT pushy. 2 other companies that we talked to, and one even came out to the house to do an estimate, never followed up at all! Even when our moving date got move up by a week, Element got us in with no hassel. The crew (Chance, John, & Steven) was incredibly friendly and hard working. They were on time and got the job done 3 hours earlier than expected! We highly recommend Element!
Element Moving.
We just got moved by Element last week. We moved from Dallas to Phoenix with a 4 bedroom home, 2 kids and 2 dogs and 1 cat. Overall I think the move was a good one, we didn't have many expectations, the last company that moved us lost our dresser, and I still don't know how. What I liked about Element is they were prompt and very nice. I called on a Friday late afternoon, and they had me quoted soon after that. I agreed to hire them if they showed up on time, which they did. Once Alex and José started packing, I could tell they were serious about their job and was very passionate. This is much the opposite of the last company that the workers were lazy and didn't seem to have any speed to their actions. After about 4 hours of packing, they were ready to roll. I had already spent the prior week off work getting the small stuff in boxes and o'lord, all the kids junk and toys. Probably the hardest part was the above ground pool that we had waited to the last second to diassembled. The kids didn't want me to take it down until they got a good swim out of it the night before. José was very helpfuil in his suggestions to pack the pool properly so it wouldn't rip or tear. I'm sure the kids were glad he did that, because the first thing they wanted to unpack? The pool! I'm impressed with Element and would hire again. I recommenend Element to my friend in Dallas that has to move to Kansas this June, so maybe Element can help her. Thank you! Jannet.
Element Moving Review.
I just wanted to thank Julie and the team at Element Moving and Storage. It's not very often I come across a company that is so sincere, professional and goes out of their way to make everything just right. I initially thought our move would be a disaster when the first moving truck had a mechanical failure the day it arrived. However, Element dispatched a second truck with in a few hours and we were back in business! I was afraid our move was going to get pushed back (we were on the last day of our rent) and we would have to pay a prorated rent fee along with some penalties for not moving out on time. But thankfully, Julie had another truck on stand by in case this happened. Our move ended up going great and I was thankful I found Element. I got 3 bids from moving companies and Element was perfect. We didn't go w the cheap moving bid for several reasons, but in the end we paid a bit more and got ALOT more than we thought. Hats off to Julie and the gang for a successfull move. We even tiped the moving crew because of their constant attention to detail. Much appreciated!
Quick Move - Amazing.
David, Moiseis, and Jeremy were amazing. The move was efficient and couldn't have gone smoother. The guys were on time and worked within my specifications. As movers, Elements worked within my perdicaments and were accommodating. Everyone from Shiela and Julie at the office coordinating the move to the individual stopping by the check on the move, were extremely friendly, pleasant, and professional. So, having personable and friendly movers, as well, just made the move a pleasant experience and I have moved a number of times. Would recommend and use on my next move. Thanks!!
Element knows how to move families!
We just moved to Dallas from Florida with Element Moving. I don't really write reviews much but I wanted to thank Ms. Nesher and Julie for a job well done. While we were not use to moving a large house, my wife suggested that we get at least 10 bids. I told her that was a bit extreme, however, after just getting 3, I was flabergasted at the costs! 3K !?!? So after some digging on the internet, I found Element and glad I did! They were not only super nice and honest with the quote and fees but the moving team that showed up was really cool. Damien was our moving guy and he knew the ropes. What blew me away, was after our initial meeting with my wife and I, (kids were present of course), he returned a half hour later with ice cream for our inpatient children! LOL I was like, really? OK, these guys are awesome. The trip went as well as expected with 3 kids and a tired wife, but we made it to Dallas in one piece. I chalk up the concerns of Element Moving and Damien that they know how to make customers happy and go beyond the call of duty with moving. I will be calling Element Moving again when we have to uproot our lives.. thanks guys and gals! Josh, Marg, Timmy, Kale and Cindy (pets Alfred and Collie).
Moving my mother.
Mr. Akin was very beneficial in assisting my mother in moving out of her house to a storage unit. She had to move quickly and Mr. Akin was able to assist not only in providing a truck but also dolly as well as boxes and packing materials to cover her valuables including furniture, pictures and appliances. He worked quickly and professionaly and provided important knowledge in protecting her items and insuring it was packed safely in the truck as well as in the storage unit. I would recommend Element Moving and Storage to anyone for the professionalism as well as the care given to the items my mother had to move..
My move from Dallas to Denver.
I was very happy with Element Moving & Storage. The sales person was very courteous and professional. They were comparable to other companies. Since I was moving from Dallas to Denver, I wanted to make sure I chose a moving company that would understand my requirement. Besides, I was travelling for work in between my move and they were accomodative of my situation. I will definitely vouch for them!
The Best Movers I Ever Used!!
Element moving was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life. I have moved from 4 different states using different companies and the staff made me feel so at ease with the entire process. This move was a last minute move situation and they came in and packed the place up and moved it with the best results I have ever had. Not a single thing was scratched or broken and the crew was extremely professional. I will never use another service again because Element now has my business from here on out. The other companies I used in the past either broke items or scratched them and then tried to hide the problem or fail to take care of the issue. With Element, I will recommend them to everyone I know for sure!
