Move From Dallas, TX to Webster, TX.
Due to the expertise of Jeff Akin, (estimator), and the three competent movers that Jeff assigned to the job..Mark, Jared and Frank, the result was a very pleasant, seamless and flawless move. We are still in awe at how the movers were able to stack our furniture and boxes in the truck and again at the storage facility as though they were creating a wall! It was amazing! It took skill! Mark, Jared and Frank were efficient and had pleasant attitudes. And so was the secretary that we dealt with from time to time named Sheila. We appreciated the care that the movers took when handling our items. You can rest assured that if we ever need movers again, we will call Element Moving and Storage. It is apparent to us now how you obtained your score of an "A" with the Better Business Bureau. Keep up the good work and may God continue to bless your business. .
Fantastic!
I don't recall ever having written a review for a company before now, but I'm happy to do this one! From the beginning, dealing with Hollie for a quote was a pleasure. Her flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs was refreshing and there was no problem at all when we needed to reschedule (almost at the last minute)! The quote was very reasonable (seemingly low in fact) and a had I not underestimated how much "junk" I had accumulated over two years in a two bedroom apt., I have no doubt the move would have come in right at quote. As it turned out, it took the guys a little longer than initially projected, but it wasn't for their lack of trying. They worked very steadily, did not drag their feet, were very careful with all my belongings, and had to be forced (by myself) to stop for a minute to drink some water!! As for the guys doing the moving (Joseph, Jorge, and Chris), three nicer, more easy-going, good-natured, truly conscientious guys you will not find! We had so much fun with them (yes, they actually made the move fun!!), and their ability to maintain such a great sense of humor while moving a lot of really heavy stuff in some serious heat was very impressive! They did not leave until we had everything exactly where we wanted it, even if they had to move it from the place we initially had them put it! I knew by the end of the move I would be writing a glowing review for the company and the guys, and told the guys I'd even mention that the heavier the item they moved - the sexier they looked (just to embarrass them)!! Seriously, the entire experience was fantastic and we will definitely use them again for our next move. .

11/5/12: I wanted to update my previous review to give these guys all 5 star ratings because they earned it(made mistake on previous review)! Shelly G Have used Element before so we knew they would do a good job. Guys( Jorge, Jose, Ryan) showed up promptly @ 8am. Knocked out everything in 30 or so minutes. That included shrink wrapping our antique wooden bedroom suite, couches, about 30 boxes, and other misc items(desk, gas grill). They even helped me load my flatscreen tv in my vehicle for me ( I didn't include it to be moved in original quote). Move was expedited more quickly since we lived in a one story home. The commute from old residence to new one took longer because of traffic hence being a Tuesday morning. Not their fault. Once we got to new residence, they got us moved in a very short time and our furniture arrived the way it left; unharmed and scratch free. Fair; competitive prices, great customer service and professionalism all rolled up in one. Will use this company again in the future! Avoid!
This was terrible from end to finish. They first quoted us much less than others and that should have been a red flag. We selected them based on their quote $3500. The day came to pick up our furnitures: once loaded they say it would cost $6600 almost twice the price quoted. We disputed the amount to no avail, they kept saying that we added stuff, which we never did. They basically quoted us one of the highest price that should have guaranteed an exact delivery date. We told them that we needed our belongings on October 8 and they say they would do their best..and their best was to leave Dallas on the 7 to come to Los Angeles! Once arrived, the truck driver was rude and unprofesional: he arrived at 7:30AM and we waited for 2 hours for him to get his sub-contracted crew!. At 3Pm Scott, the only employee of Element decided that he had work enough and stayed in his truck until we finished the job for him. They ruined some of my furniture, they lost my bed hardware so after 2 weeks I am still sleeping on the matress on the floor. I have moved several times and I have never experienced a company so unprofesional. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY. .
Broken Item.
The move went fairly well with the exception of discovering a valued family heirloom was broken into 2 seperate pieces upon arrival. I did my own packing, but ran out of boxes shortly before the movers arrived. Element employees advised they had empty boxes and would assist with packing the remaining items. Element employees filled a wardrobe box with remaining miscellaneous items, which included an old stone Red Wing crock, but none of the items placed in the wardrobe box by Element were protected by packing material, I.e. bubble wrap, packing paper, etc. The crock was the only item in the wardrobe box that arrived broken..in fact it was the ONLY possession that was damaged/broken during the move. Because I didn't purchase additional insurance, Element offered to reimburse me $13.38 for an heirloom that I paid the China & Crystal Clinic of Tempe, AZ, $290.00 to repair. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed they are refusing to reimburse me in full, for a broken item caused by their inattentive employees. Additionally, Element Moving misplaced my kitchen table top. It took them an additional 30 days to locate and get it shipped to me. .
Great Experience.
I received two on-site estimates and Element came in MUCH less than the other estimate. They also said they could finish the move in one day whereas the other company said they would load one day, then unload the second or possibly even the third (and this was only a 150 mile move). Mike, Eddy, and LaDarrius were my movers. They showed up on time, did a great job loading/unloading and finished well within the estimated time alloted in the estimate. No hidden costs or surprises as hear about with many companies. I would recommend Element to anyone looking to find a trust-worthy moving company! .
Do Not Use This Company!
The dishonesty was at best. Shocking. I am still beside myself with the whole experience. I don't know what is worse, the lies, or the theft/damage. The move cost over $6000.00 and they stole or damaged over $7000.00 worth of items. The boxes that were missing just mysteriously disappeared, very personal items and the owner of the company, Elle Nesher, could not care less. I made my claim and jumped through all the hoops they said to. They have sent me a check for $69.00 to "Reimburse" me. $69.00! That's it. Even with the .60 cents per pound per article, the amount should have been close to $1000.00 since the weight of the goods damaged/stolen was over 1500 pounds. No phone calls of apology, no attempt on the companies part to right the situation. Wooden bookcases were completely demolished. Dresser drawers ruined. Kitchen table and chairs, all solid oak, were cracked and chipped. Large picture boxes, the ones that plainly state "Do not lay flat" were shoved in between boxes, flat of course, and the company claims they are not responsible for the items broken inside the boxes. So many things were broken. So many things missing. They swore up and down that all their employees were element employees, but a completely different company showed up with my shipment, baking van lines. Certainly not element moving and storage. After I made it clear to every company I got quotes from that I did not want to do business with a company who outsourced any part of my move. This was extremely important to me and the company knew this, so they lied to get my business. They said 10 days for the move, it took three weeks. I was robbed, disrespected and disregarded. Do not use this company.
Element Movers.
Without a doubt if I ever need or know someone that needs a mover I would highly recommend this company. My movers were Willis, Caesar and Roberto and they couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. They came on time, asked me a couple of questions and then they got busy and didn't stop until they were done. Nothing was broken or damaged. I was amazed at the speed that they worked and how organized and well mannered they were. If I had a concern, they stopped and answered my questions without acting annoyed or bothered. From the moment I talked to Jeremy at the office until my things were delivered I had an excellent experience. The quote that was given to me was higher than I actually had to pay so of course this made me happy too! Once again I am extremely happy with this company and wouldn't hesitate to mention them to anyone that needs to move.

We received two separate quotes from Element for our move and storage. By the end of the move, our quote was 150% higher, over thousands of dollars higher than stated. In addition, customer service has ceased since payment. Incredible.
Top Notch Service - Great Prices - TRUSTWORTHY!
When it comes to reviewing my experience with Element, it is tough to decide where to even begin. With most online reviews, there is something about the company that goes above and beyond that you'd like to point out, but with Element, it was simply everything. From the care and precision that went into packing and wrapping my belongings to the timeliness and orderliness throughout the process, everything was great. These guys were quick, careful, and most importantly honest. During my "day job" I have regular interaction with moving companies all across the country and I can tell you first-hand that many of these companies have one or two very friendly and helpful sales agents, but the rest of the company staff isn't anywhere near as friendly, helpful, or trustworthy. With Element's staff, this is NOT the case. Everyone from the owners to the drivers/movers and everyone in between went out of their way to make my entire moving experience as easy as possible. I know there are plenty of moving companies to choose from, but I have yet to deal with one that as more reliable or honest than Element Moving. Thanks again for everything! .
Outstanding Moving Company.
I have moved probably ten times in my life, both across the country and locally. We hired Element moving and storage for a city to city move within the Dallas area. They were outstanding in every single way. The office customer service was prompt and professional. The movers arrived early, and for three guys busted butt to get everything loaded and unloaded. Extremely courteous, professional and hardworking. I had a not to exceed estimate and they worked so fast, I paid 300 dollars less than what they estimated the move would cost. Not one piece of damage or even a nick in the furniture or the walls at either place. I HIGHLY recommend Element Moving and Storage!

I would just like to express my sincere gratitude for all the things you have done for my move. With husband being away in abroad and myself living remotely at another state, this move seemed to be a formidable task. I am so glad that I chose Element. You just made it so easy. I really appreciate the numerous phone consultations Sheila provided to my what-if questions and particularly the fast response that led to fast resolution of the car key problem. It was already Friday evening when I realized the car keys had been packed up with the furnitures. Out of panic, we were making calls and sending emails, but didn't expect much response because it was already late in Friday evening. But to my surprise, I got email response quickly from Elle and soon received call back from Sheila. That really calmed my anxiety and allowed me to sleep at easy for the night. When I arrived your office early morning next day, Julie had already had everything ready to help to recover the keys. I just couldn't believe this was resolved so quickly and smoothly. Words can hardly express my gratitude. I am extremely satisfied with your service.
An Amaizing Moving Company!
The moving team came right on time, I really like the way they managed to arrange our stuffs inside the truck in order to be sure that nothing won't break along the way, the entire process was very professional, I am very happy with their work, actually I did not expect so much care they gave in packing my forniture, and they were careful in handling my boxes and forniture, they didn't damage any of my forniture or walls in the house, that's amaizing! I moved everithing from Dallas Texas to New Jersey, the delivery was fast, and the delivery persons who came to New Jersey, also was very punctual and nothing was damage or lost in the transportation. I will always remember this moving experience with Happiness!! I could not ask for more Thanks to Element :).
Save the day.
After a VERY BAD experience with another moving company and a sleepiness night worrying how I was going to get out of my apartment and get across the country in time to start work, I contacted this company a day before a holiday, and they were able to get a crew to my apartment and get everything loaded in two hours. My furniture was completely wrapped for protection from any damages. They inventoried all my stuff as they loaded it on the truck. They turned a very stressful event around for me, which allowed me to relax. The employees were very friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend this company any day.
First Time Mover.
Where to do I begin. I have never hired a moving company before so I thought I would go online and get a quote. Well never did I imagine what would happen then. I got bombarded with so many companies calling me over and over and emailing me. Element found me. My sales rep was so nice and calming. I heard so many sales people on the phone and it was just instant calming. She took the time and went through every detail with me and explained to me what to expect and all the costs that I could occur with my move. Long story short I scheduled my move and just had the best crew come out to my home. They were so curteous and worked hard and talked me through the whole process. They gave me some tips of how to pack a certain item so that I wouldn't be charged extra because cost was a huge factor for me. They wrapped all my furnture. Even took extra care of my antique desk. I was very worried about that piece. I got my delivery 6 days after my pickup date. I got calls constantly from their dispatcher just letting me know when to expect my delivery and the driver called and was so nice. When they unloaded my furniture every piece was in tact and accounted for. The only thing was I had a mirror break but I'm guessing that's to be expected. I immediately called my sales rep and she sent me a claims form and my claim got started. I have full faith in Element Moving & Storage. They were everything I hoped my moving experience would be. I've heard so many horror stories. If you are considering moving please call Element. I've already recommended them to some of my friends and coworkers. I know they will do a great job!
