Are you looking for a flawless way to move into your new house? Look no farther. Long Distance Relocation Services made it hassle free during my relocation from Alabama to Texas. I have used other moving companies before but this one is unrivaled. The moving team is made of pros who know how it is done. I never encountered a single problem for the entire process. Keep up guys. Will use you again when the need arises. Be sure I will be telling others about how good you are.
Im no longer afraid of moving.
I have heard of stories of people who lost half of their stuff during moving. On top of moving costs, they end up spending more to replace the lost and broken stuff. When my turn of moving came, I was so afraid that I will be joining the long list of those who lose almost half of their stuff during moving. But this was never to be. My aunty, who had recently moved, recommended Long Distance Relocation Services. I was so afraid at first but I had to make a hard decision. Once everything was unpacked and arranged, nothing was lost or broken. I’ve never been happier. This company is the best there is in moving.
Cross country move.
As a retired military family we’ve moved upwards of 13 times. All military families can tell you horror stories about some of their moves. But nothing prepared me for the sheer horror of Long Distance Relo. I have never seen such disregard and lack of respect for my belongings. Granted we have many antiques, and they’re very fragile, but if treated properly they can be moved without damage. The list of damaged and missing items is much too long to include in this review. Not to mention the hundred or so pictures I’ve taken of items that were packed with absolutely no regard for their value. Just a couple examples: I have a secretary/desk that belonged to my great Grandfather. Not only was the leg broken off, but there’s a decorative piece (like a spire) that sits on top of it, that is now missing. And the key to it is missing as well. That piece of furniture survived over 100 years and multiple moves before Long Distance Relo got a hold of it. One of our side tables was literally busted in half, and someone at Long Distance Relo attached two blocks of wood under it with screws. I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice that they tried to cover up the damage. Two of our kitchen boxes were chewed through by mice (our furniture was in the warehouse for four months). The boxes were opened and then reclosed to try to hide the damage. I could go on and on and on listing the damaged items. My very expensive sewing machine/serger was placed in a box upside down with no paper or bubble wrap. Yes, it’s now broken. A piece literally broke off. We also have multiple items missing. Funny that our Apple TV box didn’t make it through the move.
I can not stress enough DO NOT trust your belongings to Long Distance Relocation Services Services.
One more thing, their original estimate for packing, storing, and shipping our items was $18,000. In the end we paid $25,000. So don’t trust their estimate either.
Moving nightmare.
I can’t even give one star! Signed contract for a move from California to Indiana for my disabled mother 3 months in advance.. deposit given and a guarantee the movers would have her things loaded no later the 5-2-2018.. hours between 11-4pm, NO CALL, NO SHOW! Every excuse in world given, not realizing communication goes a long way!! Today I’m told there is nobody out there , have no answers and I have been forced to ask for my full refund. I am now having to find another moving company LAST MINUTE and in a hurry! I would not recommend this company to anyone, there wonderful when it’s time to collect deposit, communication and customer service there after is little to be desired or proud of!

Living with my extended family, I had loads of things to move. Some of the moving companies I approached, asked me to sell some of my stuff to make it easy to move. I wouldn’t do that. Luckily, I stumbled into the website of Long distance relocation services and they said they would take up the moving challenge. I doubted them but it all took two days to move. I wouldn’t believe my eyes. Good work guys!
Would use again in a second.
I chose Long Distance Relocation Services because my parents had a good experience with them a few months ago moving from Maryland to Texas. We were making the same move but to California and decided to go with their recommendation. Glad we did – Joy from the office gave us a good quote which was not the lowest but in hindsight was worth every penny. A large part of that is because our movers – Jake and Anthony – did a fantastic job. Careful, fast and jovial service, which made my stressful move just that little bit easier.

This is one of the few reviews I have ever written. I made the effort for Long Distance Relocation Services because the quality of service that I received truly was a cut above anything I have experienced with other movers. The first part of determining the costs etc. were done with the sales manager, Joy. She made the process of selecting what I needed a breeze. The movers I had were Anthony and Curt, and they were as good at their job as Joy was with hers. I would describe them as courteous, careful, quick and efficient.

We went through a lot of reviews and did a lot of research before choosing this moving company based on customer reviews and prices. After our move, I can safely say that they offer the best service for a very reasonable price.
Great vibe, great people, great movers!
Great job performed by a great team of people all the way from the office to the movers themselves. No damage, lost stuff or inexplicable delays. Long Distance Relocation Services also has a great company vibe where everyone is relaxed when interacting with clients but all business when there’s work to be done. I am recommending them to everyone I know because they deserve the praise.

I highly recommend coordinating your move closely with any moving company before the day itself. We did that with this company and it helped us avoid all the problems so many other reviewers complain about. This is a professional company eager to help you out.
Moving experience.
These sales people (Joy) are so pushy, and once you give them a deposit they have you. I kept telling her I had more than 500 sq ft, she kept saying, oh no. Then when they get there, the driver says it's more than 500 sq ft, and it will cost another $1500 on top of the $2500 I already owe, and the driver is all about the money. The others stand around waiting for you to tell them what to take. They pick my stuff up on the 10th and stress it that I need to have a storage unit because they may deliver on the 15th. So, I rush around getting a storage unit and they have taken my stuff to their warehouse in Indiana and they don't deliver till the 30th. When they get close to Stockton they call my son and tell him they won't deliver to the storage unit we got, we must get another one where their truck fits. So, now we have added expense, and we have to find another unit. The driver is so rude, he keeps repeating himself, finally I get tired of talking to him, I tell him to call my son. These people are so rude, and once they get your money they are even more rude. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you like spending money cause they are good at that.

After moving 8 times in 12 years for the military I Have to say I have seen the good and Bad and LONG DISTANCE RELOCATION out of IN performed the most Professional move I have ever had!!
From my personal moving assistant Brett to the moving crew all employed with the company!! And most importantly my price did not go up and everything came in perfect.
Long Distance Relocation Services.
I can't even give this company a 1 star but I am forced to give 1 star to post my review. Long Distance Relocation Services was hired to move us from Washington State to Florida. Several valuable items and furniture were broken and require professional repair and other pieces were a total loss as well as some items are missing and never delivered. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends. We are so sorry that we ever hired this company to move us.
Organized move.
You want a mover that has a plan, one that will have your relocation executed in no time because the crew is well organized. I used Long Distance Relocation Services for my relocation to California. The team seemed to work with a schedule since they were more than just organized. Each member of the team knew where and when to be – none of them was idle at any given time. As a result, nothing in the house was broken or misplaced.
They removed the complication.
At one time I was so moved by the effort that the team from Long Distance Relocation Services put in my relocation. It was simply out of this world. Those guys didn't show any reluctance until when my family and I were safely relocated. They did their work with diligence and dedication you would think they were residents of the house being moved.
