1. They don't disappoint.

   Everyone would do everything to avoid disappointment during their long distance relocation. You don't want to work with a mover who doesn't understand what they are doing or the importance of convenience during the relocation. I didn't want the same, and so I devoted myself to work hard when looking for a moving company. That is when I found Long Distance Relocation Services. Most of those who had used their services were appreciative of their services, and I thought that I should try their services too. You will want to use their services too.

2. You can count on them.

   If you are not sure about the mover you can rely on yet the day for your relocation is closing in, then turn to Long Distance Relocation Services. I can vouch for them since I used their services for my relocation to Ohio at the start of last month and they did me proud. They were time conscious and made sure that nothing was left behind. I enjoyed how they were detailed and left nothing to chance. You can count on them to accord you a relocation like you have not seen before.

3. I cannot forget.

   I don't see myself forgetting the best relocation I have seen in years. Better yet, the relocation happened to me. It was on the 18th of last month when I had the team from Long Distance Relocation Services over at my house to relocate me. Packing stuff didn't take long, and you could see their organization in the labeling. It took their coordination to save time and make the relocation successful as planned. At the end of the day, not even a single thing was reported missing or damaged in any way. And that made everyone in the house happy.

4. Wow! Great Experience!

   I recently moved from Chicago to Florida and after many estimates and quotes I finally decided on Long Distance Relocation Services. The movers were on time, in uniform and extremely professional. I had the Full Pack option and couldn't believe the dedication and professionalism in the way they packed my entire house. When they loaded the truck everything was strapped and belted down on the truck with precision and stability. I was so impressed!! When I got to Florida, they unloaded the truck and reassembled everything and set up my new home exactly the way I wanted it. My wife and kids were so happy to have such a smooth transition. Thank You Long Distance Relocation for such a stress free moving experience! I would highly recommend Long Distance Relocation Services to all my friends and family!!

   

5. They understood what I needed.

   I was moving my business to New York and wanted to ensure that we were on the same page with my mover. Reviews had shown that Long Distance Relocation Services were the mover to handle the move. So I got in touch with the supervisor and laid out plans for an efficient commercial relocation. It was during the relocation that I knew they had understood what I meant. Their careful handling of the office equipment ensured that none was damaged or misplaced during the move. It was unbelievable how they were so organized and made sure that everything arrived safely.

6. Costly and Stressful.

   Be warned. Don't let the good reviews fool you. I don't doubt that this company can occasionally do good business (my things did eventually get to me and "mostly" in one piece) but their customer service fell apart once they got my deposit and their quote meant nothing in the end. The guy who I dealt with early in the process was great. He made me feel like I wasn't just a number and that I was going to have a great experience. They quoted me a marvelous price knowing full well that they would nickle and dime me for things like taping up my boxes even though I offered to do so myself. They then decided I had 150 extra cubic feet of stuff than I was quoted (I maybe had 75 extra cubic feet but I think that was an exaggeration) costing me ~600 dollars extra on top of my quoted price. They also conveniently did not tell me that I was way over until the truck was packed and locked up. I swallowed that lost and decided to move on with my life instead of worrying about it. When I arrived at my new home, having not received any updates from the moving crew, I called to verify they were still on time. My things hadn't left the warehouse. They were going to be several days late with no apology, just a "sir that date was only an estimate." Again I did my best to ignore the issue and moved on. When they finally got to my place, they could not get the semi close enough and told me it would be another day of waiting plus 450 dollars to unload my things onto a new smaller truck and move that truck in. I could not wait any longer and so I went to a truck rental service, rented a truck, met the movers 20 minutes away, had them unload and load the new truck, and drove them back to my place. They of course decided I had two many steps to get to my apartment and promptly charged me another 150 dollars for the stairs. In the end I just paid them and got them out of my hair. The final cost of the move was upwards of 800 dollars more than the quote, plus enough stress that makes me never want to move again. Even with my new work place helping me pay for the move, it ended up costing me more to move than it would have been than had I just sold everything initially and bought everything new. Don't use this company. You may be lucky and have a positive experience but rest assured, there is a chance you will have one of the worst service experiences you can have.

7. 5-stars for them.

   I took the task of leaving long distance relocation after my husband found them. We used their services when relocating from West Virginia and they did a good job. The first thing is that they were time conscious and ensured that nothing went amiss. The crew was on point to ensure that nothing was left behind or broken during the relocation. They were so organized that the supervisor had so little to do. For making the relocation smooth and convenient, I think they deserve a 5-star rating.

8. They made her believe again.

   My aunt wanted to relocate to Missouri, but the problem was that she didn't believe that efficient movers are still in existence. After a bit of convincing, I told her to try Long Distance Relocation Systems after I had heard great things about them from a trustworthy friend. It so happened that the crew would change her perspective on the market again. She was accorded the relocation she expected, and nothing was misplaced or damaged. She now says that she only knows one mover – the one that made her relocation smooth and convenient for her.

9. Overwhelming dedication.

   The outcome of my relocation to Minnesota last month can be attributed to the dedication that the crew from Long Distance Relocation Systems showed. You would think that they were members of the house being relocated. They did everything wholeheartedly. I enjoyed their coordination and how they were organized. You can be sure that not even a single property was misplaced and unpacking was even easier since they had all the boxes labeled. I am certain that I want the same crew the next time I am relocating.

10. Poor customer service.

    This company started off with good customer service. We called and booked our move early and because we called in the off season they gave us the off season price. They were a lower quote than most others and customer service was pleasant so we booked.
    
    Movers showed up and they were professional and easy to deal with. But this was not without incident. We were told they would wrap big items so we did not have to do that. Well they did but were were charged for packing supplies they used. They used half and quarter rolls of tape but customer service was still easy to deal with and refunded us after we told them many rolls were barely used. Again these first movers were very nice and took care of our items.
    
    Prior to delivery the driver called us multiple times and asked us for route information and truck regulations.
    
    Major problems came at delivery. When the driver showed up he refused to even try and back his tractor-trailer down the private road to our residence. We advised him that other people had been moved in by tractor-trailer, yet he refused to try. He then left when we were on the phone with customer service. We were then given three options. 1-pay $850 (discount price) to have them move to another truck, 2-we rent another truck and they would move it to that truck but then NOT into residence or 3-get a storage unit and they would move items into there. As I mentioned the driver left with all of our items on the truck and did not tell us where he was taking them.
    
    We attempted to contact customer service again after the move and they said the driver is the only one that could decide if the truck could make it since he was the professional driver. The same one that asked us for truck regulations and routes. We informed them that THREE different tractor trailers have delivered to this exact location on THREE different occasions. Customer service refused to assist on a minor reimbursement for the storage unit cost and would not entertain any real evidence of the ability of the truck to make it.
    
    Any time a company only accepts cash or money orders, not even cashiers checks, you should be suspicious. Pay more up front and use Mayflower, Allied, United.

11. Impressive.

    I was forced to use this company because of a scheduling conflict with the one I had originally booked. They fit me in at the last moment, gave me a better deal and I think they did a heck of a better job than other I have used in the past. Definitely will use them again.

12. Accommodating and genuinely nice people.

    Long Distance Relocation Services is one of the best moving companies if you read the reviews… and if you actually try them out, too. I found this out after a small error on my part resulted in a smaller truck than could fit all my stuff. The movers made do with all they could even though it took them additional time and I managed to squeeze the remainder in my own vehicle. All my stuff arrived without a scratch and I am very pleased with their quick and professional service. I was moving my 3-bedroom house in Ohio to a 4-bedroom in Louisiana.

13. Smart movers, great office team.

    I wanted to avoid using movers because I have had a terrible experience before but went with a colleague’s recommendation to use Long Distance Relocation Services. It turns out not all moving companies are the same because this move went smoothly, nothing was lost and there was no damage to my items or to my new home. While the moving team of Nick and Denis handled their end perfectly, Amanda from the Long Distance Relocation Services office also did a great job of coordinating it all. For this level of service, I would pay more than it cost me.

14. Highly recommended!

    I moved my family of 5 from our old apartment in WA to our new 4-bedroom house in CA. We chose Long Distance Relocation Services because our old neighbors had used them in their move recently and we had actually seen for ourselves that they did a great job. When it came time for us to move, we called them and spoke to Angie in their office who only served to make us feel even more comfortable with our choice.
    I must also say a big thank you to our movers who did a great job with care and patience.

15. Amazing Service.

    I never write reviews for any business, but after the amazing experience I had with Long Distance Relocation Services, I felt they deserved it. The delivery itself was without a hitch, I was particularly worried about my glass dining room table because it is very fragile, but all pieces of furniture were transferred without a single scratch. I am very picky about these types of things and they exceeded my expectations. A normally very stressful experience was made pleasant with Long Distance Relocation Services!
