  1. Completely unreliable and costly

    Do not use this moving company! My pickup was delayed by 2 days and I did not receive my items for a month. The company is difficult to reach and I was promised over and over that my items were loaded and on their way. I had several important pieces of furniture damaged by them.

  2. Run away! Terrible company

    We had the same experience as many others on this review site and wish we had seen it before we hired Oasis. We actually went through a broker and didn't know someone else was moving our stuff until Oasis showed up. Like others, when they arrived and looked at our stuff, they said we owed double what the estimate was. Since we had to be out the next day, we had no choice but to agree with it. Like others, most of our stuff showed up with damage including every piece of furniture. Even worse, they lost a bunch of stuff including a 65" screen TV, parts of a bed, power tools and more. We estimated more than $2,000 worth conservatively. When we filed a claim, we got an offer back for $127. No one seemed to care we had lost and damaged items. We kept getting different stories when trying to figure out where our stuff was, we were misled on the storage option and more. A terrible company. Use anyone else!

  3. Lost & missing items

    I would give them negative stars if I could!!! They are very incompetent, either they lost a lot of our things or someone from their company stole them. The list of damaged items is long and detailed. They wrapped packing tape around our things on bare wood and on the TV screen, they said it would come right off. It did and so did the finish. I had a brand new compound sliding miter saw never opened. I did not make it to my new location. They opened our boxes and went shopping. They took items of sentimental value that can't be replaced. Cost way too much money and too many things were lost or stolen. DON'T use these people!!!!

  4. Zero star review...years later

    It has been a while but after realizing all the things I'm missing I'm beyond upset. I moved from AZ to OH. Had a quote for 1400, paid it up front. A month later we got a call the truck was coming with our stuff. The only catch was we had to come up with another 3800 THAT MORNING, OR THEY WERE KEEPING OUR POSSESSIONS. Luckily my dad came through. Should've called the cops. Met the driver in aparkinglot before he would come deliver. And we had to unload the things with little to no help. My brother actually injured his back unloading someone elses table that was on top of our stuff. In the end I saw another box of mine that included my coin collection on top of another persons possesions. I told him it was mine as I recognized it. He claimed it wasn't. I took it down and told him what was in it, at which point he agreed it must've been, although it was open and half of the contents were missing. We went over the list of boxes missing and he tried to remedy this by giving us another persons couch, literally. Their operator or whoever picked up their phone at the time did not help at all. Again, should have called police and filed a lawsuit but it was already so upsetting. Boxes of baseball cards, coins, sentimental items I don't even recall, all gone. Nothing but threats of retaliation and keeping YOUR belongings. We were on the phone with the operator telling her of our issues when she called the driver and told him to leave after we paid him and were unloading our things. Absolutely insane. Never use them. Move it yourself. This business should not be allowed to operate.

  5. Stolen and broken items

    This is absolutely beyond a doubt the worst moving company! It's been three years and they still have not found my safe. It was covered with moving labels with my name and new address! It could not have possibly been misplaced, no it was stolen! Much of my antique furniture was broken upon arrival which took over a month from pick up to delivery, irreplaceable! DO NOT, and I reiterate, If you're smart you will steer clear of this company! VERY, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! I wish there was a rating category of less than 1! I give them minus 10...F-!

  6. Criminals

    This group belongs in jail. They are all a bunch of criminals. If you want your household items broken, increased charges, fraudulent weight tickets, refusal to pay money they agree they owe you. Use these terrible people. Worst company EVER!

  7. The WORSE COMPANY EVER IN BUSINESS !!!!

    Pls do NOT I’m begging you if your reading this do NOT book with oasis !! They are scammers they will rip you out your money, lie to you , damage your property , steal your items !! Please do not hire them !! Their whole customer service team is horrible they are all liars especially the dispatch manager Virgil , his workers even admitted that he lies so much to everyone!! The team of workers Brittany and Sandra they are apart of the bs !! They all lie !! & to top it off they are a rip off & I currently have a lawsuit getting started with them bc of the horrible things they did and damaged my stuff !! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY !!!

  8. The worst moving company.

    These ppl are the worst first off they do not put up or bring any if your belongings on time. They charge extra fees for trunk space used in the truck after you tell them in detail what’s in your apartment. When they finally arrive with you belongings late (30 days) they have multiple ppl belonging placed in the truck mixing your things with others. I had to pay the movers and extra 75 dollars because they measure the truck to storage and if they have to move it they charge you (I don’t get it either), basically the movers have to get a tip I guess. I had 3 TVs only 2 was listed and the other one was stolen. And after being quoted and told I was going to pay 2200 for my move if ended up being 3800. I couldn’t dispute it because they basically had my stuff and lost my Nike shoes this was by far the worst experience. As soon as the movers come to your door it’s like they’re upset and find an extra fee and management doesn’t care at all. So I had to pay extra to get my remaining items and didn’t get reimbursed for the items THEY LOST.

  9. Still no Truck 20 Days Later.

    Just spoke to customer service and want to go on record that if we don't get our furniture and items in tip top shape the way we gave it to them we will sue and I have no isssues flying to Vegas to do it. They are giving run around on when we are supposed to get our items. Was told we would have the week of Oct 12th. Now being told sometime in November but not sure. We very upset and was told that swearing was not appropriate, Well guess what your horrible service is BS. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

  10. Non-delivery after 60 days.

    Zero stars. No delivery after 60 days. No Bill of Lading until requested. No signatures, no order number, no window of delivery. Multiple promises for delivery but no goods have arrived.

  11. Horrific experience.

    HORRIFYING is the only word to describe the experience I had with Oasis. My belongings are completely destroyed beyond repair. I’m so incredibly heartbroken over the total disregard and lack of respect this company has for their customers belongings. Please save yourself from the pain and grief this company will leave you with.

  12. The Worst Moving Comany Out There.

    ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.. 1. They held my property for 'ransom' after they fraudulently changed the signed contract to say we owed more money, and would not release our things until we paid. 2. They were 3 days late to pick up our belongings 3. ALL of our things were absolutely destroyed upon delivery 4. Madeline the customer service 'manager' IS A HORRIBLE person..Id call her names, but my review would be sensores. She straight told me I was trying to get services for free, when I questioned the changed contract which listed an increase of over $1000. I told her she was committing fraud and extortion, she then hung up on me. 5. We were under the impression Razor Vanlines was our mover, but they were just a 'broker' who in turn hired Oasis. 6. When I went through my belongings, I found many articles were 'missing' (stolen) and not even delivered. I would like to participate in a class action lawsuit, as I see I am not the only one who this moving company has screwed. I hope every. Last. One. Of their employees goes to jail for the crimes they commit against unsuspecting victims, hard working people who have been bamboozeled into having to have this company move them..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IF YOU ARE EVEN AWARE THEY ARE BEING BOOKED BY YOUR 'MOVING COMPANY'.

  13. Do not use this moving company.

    The original company moving Pro Logistics I contracted with used this company for a long distance move from California to Idaho. They never said they contract moved out. I was told it would be 3-4 days for delivery by both the original company and the Oasis Driver. It was almost two weeks and the price kept going up, 4 different times. It went from 4000.00 to over 9000.00. They held my stuff hostage until I agreed to pay more money. They took my stuff to a warehouse and held it there. When it finally arrived with a different third moving company, nearly every piece of furniture is damaged in some way.. some boxes had been opened and sealed again with tape. My fragile and expensive items I do carefully wrapped and that were clearly marked was smashed to pieces. I have thousands of dollars of damage. They will not respond so I can make a claim for damage.

  14. Move from Phoenix to Milwaukee.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    They are rude, stole my 65 inch tv (management wants to only compensate me $300) broke up my furniture, walked on my table (left footprints as evidences) totes with new items missing. It took over a month to get my belongings when I called customer service they were rude and hung up on me, driver broke the contract because I wouldn’t give a extra $140 they left my furniture in the driveway, after already paying them over $5100

    I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  15. Move from Carson City, NV to Gladstone, OR . 557 Miles for $5,000.

    Do not use this company. They stole or lost a box of my heirloom sterling silver. The damage to my glassware, bicycle, furniture, heirloom china, framed pictures was shocking and very devastating after waiting in my apt for 6 weeks for delivery. Customer service was rude and unhelpful over the phone. I read all the reviews and agree with others that this moving company should be put out of business.
