Non refundable deposit.
First let me state that we did not end up using This Co .However we did book with them on a Fri, Dec 27, 2013. The move was for my daughter living in Fla, Ft Laurdedale, her move was to Ct.. Our initial booking day was for Jan 1 2014, they could not do that so they forced us to take an earlier date, Dec 30 2013. We agreed but were not happy with it, they forced us to make a $200.00 deposit over the phone, I gave it, Belinda said she would email me copy of contract with AUTORIZATION for release of Deposit. Well I never got this contract nor Authorization form, ALTHOUGH 200.00 WAS IMMEDEITALY TAKEN OUT OF ACCT.. Meanwhile we crunched some numbers and realized it would be cheaper for my daughter to move her own things, so I called back to let Regions know that we would not be using them now this was about 20 mins after initial contact. It was at that point they told me they would NOT BE RETURNING MY 200.00.BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS Co. I was never informed of this NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. I AM NOW TRYING TO GET IT BACK, HOWEVER THE EMAIL ADDRESS I WAS PROVIEDED WAS INCORRECT AND 3 DAYS LATER STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED AUTHORIZATION OR CONTRACT BUT MY 200.00 IS GONE. GOOD LUCK WITH THIS CO.
No straight answers.
Hired them on the 9th of December. They tell you anything to get your business. Was told my furniture would be here in 5 days, still no furniture. And when I call the company, they don't know anything..call the driver, he does not know anything. Made it to N. Carolina, truck broke down(12/23). Talked to driver, he said someone from the company would call me..yeah right. Called 12/26 was told he would know something tomorrow, 12/27 called and he still couldn't tell me anything oh but my furniture is now in Miami. Why bypass Georgia! This company is so unprofessional. Now when I call the company they hang up on me..who conducts business like that? Now we are driving to Miami to pick up the furniture because these people are nit trustworthy.

They talk a good expierience, but in reality they don,t care about you! I am a professional which has moved many times over my career, I have never seen such dissregard for my things. I have pictures of things marked FRAGILE/ GLASS that are broken, the boxes are crushed! I was quoted price for the move, but it cost over $2000, more than the quote. DO NOT USE THIS MOVER!! I have lost many things that have been passed down from generations. No mover before has lost or destroyed anything. This mover is the worst! DO NOT USE THIS MOVER!! .

The staff at Regions Van Lines are such life savers! They helped me so much during my recent move to NY. They were very helpful in terms of giving me advice on how to save time and effort when moving to another address, how to pack my things in crates safely and how to save money. They are pretty much all around. It is obvious that they know what they’re doing and they mean business all the time. Rare to find such qualities in a business. Very Profrssional Team.
I was very happy with the services Regions Van Lines team provided me for my resent relocation. They came in and packed my entire apartment the day before the move (I paid for a full packing service) and made sure that everything was packed correctly so that nothing will get broken. The crew on the day of the move was very polite and professional as well and took the time to make sure that everything was taken care off, in its place and reassembled. I can’t thank the staff enough for making my move so easy! I recommend this company!

Awesome movers! I moved from NC to Washington DC with my family and we had a great experience with Regions Van Lines. Dominque and his crew were very professional and polite. They warped all my goods. They delivered on time and helped to organized everything in my new place. I’m very satisfied with their services. Unprofessional idiots.
These people are the rudest unprofessional idiots I ever met. They promise you one thing and they lie to you. They did not keep they promise. I'm currently dealing with these unprofessional idiots and I'm letting them know right now if my crap come broken damage, you have a big problem with me. These people quoted me $956 and then when they came to pick up my things they told me I had to pay 300 dollars more. So I said okay. Then they told me my package be coming to on to 3 to 5 business days. Well it is going to be on the 3rd week and I still have not received my stuff. I called them. They hung up on me and every time I call this at all my gosh it's you again. They're liars and they will take your money. They will hold your stuff and they would never call you back when they tell you to. Eli told me that he will call me but he never did. I have to call him but when I called him he was rude and unprofessional. Then I had talked to Mark. He hung up on my face unprofessional and I told them just like this "If I receive my stuff late you will be deducting $150 off for every day you're late". They could try me if they want to but they will see another side of me that they will not be pleased with. I want my stuff and I want it now.
Amazing movers!!
Last month was my second move with Regions Van Lines Movers and they once again amazed us with their efficiency, care and kindliness. They are the very best you can find in FL area! Above and beyond excellent service! Bernard and his crew of 5 guys moved us from 3 storage units in FL to our 3 story townhouse in MD. They are the hardest workers and very reassuring that everything was going to be okay, with all the stress that comes along with moving They were cheerful and work tirelessly from start to finish. My husband wanted to interview other companies. But, after a bad move in 2011 with another local company, I insisted we use Region Van Lines Movers. Thanks, guys. I have to admit that Region Van Lines are not only very efficient; they are very classy as well. The way they managed to execute move was enough to impress me. Region Van Lines were right on my money. They made every single penny count that I paid to them. I was very happy to see them giving their best for the move. It was a very difficult task to deal with because of the nature of the move. I tried a lot to find mistakes but I failed. They were so perfect that I had to tip them. I called Region Van Lines and had an easy and reassuring experience booking my move. It was the best moving experience so far, and I've moved a LOT. They arrived at 8 on the dot, packed our home into their truck in record time, and were champs about loading our full garage into the truck for our move. Bernard and his crew were friendly, competent, efficient and extremely helpful. They even gave me tips about the best way to get some of my odds and ends packed up. The cost was a lot less than I expected, and the time and energy they saved me was well worth the price. Region Van Lines more than deserve your business!

I was very-well pleased that I selected Region Van Lines from the options provided, as they were prompt in arriving, used the utmost care in assisting me with packing and labeling my belongings, and their charges were well within my budget (moving is expensive!) I recently used Region Van Lines to move my wife and I with our two kids from FL to TX. I was originally going to rent a truck and do it myself, but Bernard at the office convinced me that since it is a back haul for them, their price would be very competitive. And it was. They moved our 3 bedroom house and everything went off without a hitch. They gave us a package where we packed all boxes and they packed everything else like mirrors, electronics, pictures, and furniture etc. I was very happy with service at pick-up and delivery and would definitely recommend Region Van Lines in the future. Job well done guys!
