Moving Specialist!
Region Van Lines Movers are The Best!! Hats off to Dominique & Team; as well to Antonio, out moving specialist!! From my first contact with Mario of Region Van Lines Movers, I knew this was the company I want to hire to move my family from FL to S Carolina I was not disappointed! His estimate was right on target and his suggestion for manpower needed for the move was accurate as well! Two trucks, six men, and 8 hours later this rather problematical move, with some very large pieces of furniture, was completed without a “hitch”! The cost for the move was very reasonable!! Each piece of furniture was properly wrapped; then labeled, by room, for the new house. As the movers proceeded, they carefully observed unmoved items, walls, floors, and ceilings in both houses so as not to create any damage. We would not hesitate to hire Region Van Lines Movers, again!! I highly recommend Atlanta Peach Movers for your next move and specifically recommend xxx and his Team as your movers.
An Amazing Job!
My movers did an amazing job! The packing and the loading took about 5 hours, they agreed to store my furniture for few weeks as my closing felt through and I couldn’t get into my new house. Upon the delivery all of my furniture was unwrapped from the protective blankets and placed in the rooms. The movers were very patient with all of our needs and professionally handled my belongings. I could not ask for better movers.
Stress Free Move!
My move from FL to PA was completed today and I feel the need to let anyone and everyone know the type of service I received from my moving company. I talked to no less than 20 moving companies express moving van lines was not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive either. I spoke with Carmen the sales rep she gave me a quote and was able to relieve my stress and anxiety in regards to the move. It was a great feeling to know that a company was on your side. The movers that came to the house were respectful and worked diligently, handling my items with a gentle touch. I have to say that I am one very satisfied customer!

I just received my possessions in NYC and I have to say I am EXTREMELY content with the way my move was conducted. Regions Van Lines team took very good care of my possessions and I could tell in the way they worked they took pride in their jobs and really were interested in pleasing their customers. The company deserves recognition for a job well done.

I wasn't looking forward to moving to such a cold state at all. I did have a kind recommendation to use Regions Van Lines by my brother-in-law. At their advice I checked out other companies as well and they price matched other offers in a timely manner. They were upfront about delivery times and possible additional charges, and felt just right for my business sense.

I was very nervous about finding the right mover, because one of the things I needed to move was an antique grandfather clock that’s been in our family for several generations already. Thank goodness the movers I used were Regions Van Lines, the grandfather clock got to my house without so much as a scratch or a nick.

I called Regions Van Lines to schedule my move about 10 days before the move, Tom the sales person was extremely friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I was given the exact breakdown of the fees and they ended up coming in cheaper than most of the other companies I contacted. The movers showed up on time, were extremely friendly and very careful. Every piece of furniture was wrapped and they worked very quickly but without damaging anything. At the new location, they made sure that everything went exactly where I wanted it to go and were very careful with the walls and floors. The newly painted apartment doesn't even need touch ups. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them for my next move.

Regions Van Lies provided my husband and I with the best move we’ve had in 10 years! I received a quote from John, one of their sales reps, who was extremely helpful and always made himself available to answer any questions that I had regarding the move. As promised, Dominque with his crew arrived to our home in Florida on time and they were very friendly, which usually is not the case with truck drivers. They did a wonderful job packing all of our goods and were very quick and efficient with the loading process. Our driver Dominque made sure that our home was left in very good condition before leaving and told us we would be receiving our belongings in just a few days. The truck arrived in Tennessee five days later on our first available date of delivery. All of our items were delivered just as we left them no damages or anything! I was very satisfied with Regions Van sales team, customer service and drivers. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a smooth move!

I recently used Regions Van Lines and they did their best for my move. They charged me a very reasonable amount and were able to provide me a very safe and timely move. It was really good to see that everything was done according to the checklist and perfectly. I would like to recommend Regions Van Lines to all!
The LAW doesn't protect the FOOL..I am one.
I don't think I will receive my furniture any time soon!!it has been 5 days already and when I called they said it will take at least 14 days when they initially told me that it will only take 3-5 business days!! I was a FOOL to have agreed to anything that these CROOKS told me. I have to admit I am a FOOL. And guess what, the small print in the contract says it could take 21 days. And guess what, they showed up at 8:00pm and left at 5:00am next day. I could go on and on, but that's not going to change anything. My attorney said "LAW DOESNT PROTECT FOOLS", I AM ONE. I still need to see what is going to happen to my stuff before I write a complete review. I really don't know if I will receive my belongings in one piece. I don’t know in what condition I will receive them in, it is very painful to me to have to go through this, but who cares. It is my mistake as I had some sort of trust especially after I have asked too many questions and I got all the WRONG answers. . I really don't know if I will be charged another 1000 dollars extra on delivery as they did on pick up day. At 5:am , I was exhausted and tiered from everything and I signed many papers that morning after spending over 9 hours with them waiting for them to finish, and I could have signed something that will make me pay for something on delivery , that’s how bad really this has turned into. I don’t know what to trust or what to believe anymore. I hope no one does go through this experience, and I hope that our comments will save someone from this PAIN! And if you think that the positive feedback on this site are not written by the OWNER and his GANG, you are a fool , just like ME!! I am sure they will find something to say to justify this; like “People are paid to write bad comments about us to hurt us” well you will be the judge of that!! But don’t go that far, I promise you will regret every minute of it. I was quoted 1515 so far I paid 2445.32. When you call after you sign the contract, expect a hang up or a run around. However, if you feel compelled to hire this company for some reason, spend an hour or so to read the SMALL print, I know it’s hard when you have a million things on your mind during the move, but they know this and they use it to their advantage! Like 8% gas charge of your cubs go above the estimated cubs, and the cost of packing materials such as tape and plastic when you are told packing materials cost is included in your estimate,5 days to move you to your destination, you will be charged only for a dresser mirror packing, like in my situation, and so on and so on.. Again, when you read the fine print you will be able to make a sound decision on what it will really cost you; most of us trust what we are told, but it will not help you make a decision on what kind of service you will get!!..Boy was I a fool.. .

Unprofessional.
I Got a call from a male salesman that works for regions in regards to my move, as I did from many other companies after putting may information in one of the moving web sites. He immediately asked me if I got quotes from other companies. I told him a name of another company that I got a quote from and wanted to book with and immediately he started bashing on that companey. I was very surprise that this man chose to be so unprofessional and talk bad about his competitors . That only made me realize the type of business they are running! I told the sales woman that helped me in the other company about what that man told me and how bad he was talking about them. she never once spoke bad about that men (even after all the fals things that man said about her and her business ) I accualy chose the other company and got great service from them! They were honest and professional. so my advice for all of you that are reading this is not to listen to what they say about other companies. .
Do Not Use These Criminals to Move Your Stuff!
DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS TO MOVE YOUR STUFF!1. They quote you a price that is NO WHERE near what they end up charging you.2. The contract has so much fine print in lawyer terms that you would have to be a lawyer to understand it.3. They are only nice when you are ordering. After that, they are rude, unprofessional, and just want steal your money. Examples: Lily David and Tom. Both of these criminals were only nice when ordering, but when I needed help (see below), they both told me to basically f** off and give us money.4. They told me they would let me know within 72 hours what day they will be arriving to move my stuff. They NEVER called. I had to call them on the first day they were suppose to arrive. They said they would come the next day from 1pm-3pm and that it was my fault for not confirming. Then why did you tell me YOUR COMPANY would confirm within 72 hours? They show up at 3pm the next day. Thanks, especially when I needed to be out of my place by 5pm. They didn't finish moving my stuff until 7pm.5. The final price was $1,500 more than what they quoted me. $1,500!! How is your quote that way off?? Called to complain, and literally was told I need to pay it and they don't care. Quote from Tom, "Who do you think I am, the tooth fairy?"6. Told me that moving insurance was included. FALSE. Unless you mean the 50 cents per pound they consider insurance if they break your stuff. Also complained about this, especially when they made it seem like such a great deal when I ordered. Tom said: "We break it, you get 50 cents per pound. Your problem."7. Packing large electronics is extra. Thanks for lying about that when I asked when originally ordering.8. After I arrived at my new place, they don't deliver my stuff for another 8 days, way off from what they originally told me.9. Again they told me they would call me to let me know when my stuff would arrive. NEVER CALLED. Again I called them, in which I was told my stuff would arrive the next day by 4pm. Get a call from the driver at 5:00pm, telling me he will be there at 6:00pm. Get this: The driver asks me if I have friends that can help me move my stuff BECAUSE HE HAS NO MOVERS WITH HIM. How the hell does a moving company have no movers? And the cherry on top: I was told that the company used there own trucks and employees to move my stuff. FALSE: the truck and driver that showed up was a contractor.10. Best of all, almost 75% of the time I called (which was a lot), no one answered or the phone was mysteriously disconnected.Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I will be reporting them to the BBB and anywhere else I can find their slimy name on the internet.
Worst Moving experience ever.
We used Regions Van Lines two years ago and still get angry when thinking about the WORST moving experience we ever had. The "binding" quote was not "binding" to this company. We were charged 30% more as quoted although salesman saw all items. We were told that we moved more as viewed which was a lie. They packed pillows in large boxes just to increase the volume of the sale and overcharged us by more than $3,000. Most disturbing after that terrible experience were all teh damages we had. We've been moving locally, across the Staes and even between continents more than 15 times, we NEVER had so many damages and even stolen goods. The first thing they did was dropping the Baby Grand we paid extra money for. They also caused unnecessary damages to hardwood floor on move out. We also had water damages and the entire load of our 4 bedroom household had shifted and titled forward as the truck was not loaded properly. They even forged paperwork after we filed complaint to BBB (Better Business Bureau) Our recommendation: Stay as far away from Regions Van Lines as you can, they might be OK for small local moves, but not if you have to go Interstate or with a larger household.
Exceeds Expectations!
I used Regions van Lines to move my mother in law to nursery home last week. The move ended up well, we are absolutely happy with the service we received. No delays, no issues, and no surprises with the service or the pricing on the move day. Thanks so much to Regions Van Lines and especially Mark's crew for making our move as easy on us and successful as possible! Beginning to end they made something seemingly seedy and nerve-racking a very trustworthy and easy experience, with so little effort or stress for us! I would recommend these guys to anyone moving anywhere and will use them as needed again! Exceeds Expectations!
