I couldn't be happier with my experience with U Pack! Customer service was amazing. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and helpful. I changed the details of my move several times and they never missed a beat! The trailer drop off/pick up went off without a hitch and the ABF drivers were helpful and friendly. I chose guaranteed arrival and my trailer arrived exactly when I needed it. The price absolutely cannot be beat. I even hired local companies to load and unload my truck (on my own) and the cost was still a fraction of what I would have paid for a traditional moving service. Again, I can't mention the customer service enough, outstanding. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks!
Absolute worst experience!
Absolute WORST service I’ve ever received! I moved halfway across the country the beginning of this month from Fayetteville, NC to Houston, Texas. It was a big move so I wanted to go with a company that provided great service as well as peace of mind. This company seemed like a great choice at the time, but once it was time to get things going everything that could’ve gone wrong did. The cube was supposed to be picked up on the 6th of this month, it didn’t happen for weeks! The freight company UPack hired to pick it up claimed their forklift was stuck in mud so they wouldn’t be able to pick up. A week and a few days go by and no one had called to give me an update so I called myself to see what was going on. No one could tell me the status of my relo-cube. A few minutes went by and someone called back to tell me that it had been picked up and would be on its way by the end of the day (false). Before Thanksgiving someone called and asked if I knew whether or not the cube had been picked up because his guys had been having issues getting access to the neighborhood. By this time I had already been in Houston for a few weeks. I called the company to complain about how long it had been and how I didn’t appreciate not knowing where my things were. I was talked down into believing something was going to be done about this, only to have my things arrive nearly a month after it was supposed to, and a small credit to knock the price down. These people still charged me full price for this nonsense. They don’t even have storage options so I’m going to have to figure out a way to get my things on my own. Save yourself the headache, go with another company! They guarantee “quality service” and “great customer care” I disagree.

I recently moved from Florida to New York and had a great experience using UPack. They were half the cost of a moving company I have used in the past. They delivered on time and the drivers on both ends were incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future if I move again.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. ABF SPOTTED THE TRAILER FOR US IN SPOKANE ON SCHEDULE, THE DRIVER CALLED ME AN HOUR AHEAD TO ADVISE HIS ETA. A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE SPOKANE CREW FOR SPOT ON PERFORMANCE. THE TRAILER WAS CLEAN & ON SCHEDULE, WE LOADED THE TRAILER & ABF SPOKANE PICKED IT UP & SENT IT ON IT'S WAY. WHAT A GREAT JOB BY SCOTT, SHANE, & THE DRIVERS IN SPOKANE. THE TRAILER MOVED TO THE ABF TERMINAL IN PHOENIX AZ & WAS PUT INTO STORAGE FOR A FEW WEEKS AS PER OUR CONTRACT. I CALLED THE PHOENIX TERMINAL TO SET MY DELIVERY APPOINTMENT & SPOKE WITH KRISTIN, KIM, CHRIS, & JEREMY. THE DELIVERY DRIVER JIM ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME, WAS SO HELPFUL & PROFESSIONAL & A REALLY GREAT GUY TO WORK WITH. WE UNLAODED THE TRAILER THE NEXT MORNING, CALLED THE PHOENIX TERMINAL & THE TRAILER WAS PICKED UP THE SAME DAY, AGAIN BY JIM THE SAME DRIVER. WHAT AN AWESOME MOVING EXPERIENCE. You can’t say you weren’t warned.
Truly one of the worst moving experiences I have experienced — and that is saying something give I have moved 16 times in 35 years. Everything I was told - from the size of the cube needed to the time needed to hire movers to the delivery instructions - were wrong. The kind of wrong, of course, that benefitted the company. A move estimated to cost about $2,500 cost more than $4,000. Neither U-Pack nor its subcontractor, Moving Staffers, take responsibility for anything. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. The stress and heartache just aren’t worth it.
Cross country move.
My wife and I decided to move from the Seattle area to the city of our births - New Orleans. We'd been talking about doing this for years and finally decided to just do it. We spent a lot of time (several weeks) researching different moving companies that ran the gamut from full service to do-it-yourself movers. The one we kept coming back to was U-Pack..and after having completed our move..we can honestly say that it was the best decision we could've made. Honest to a fault. Professional. Helpful. Always willing to take the time to help when we had questions. Courteous and genuinely friendly. From start to finish it was a seamless move. The truck arrived on time. The drivers were extremely helpful. We followed their packing recommendations and didn't lose or break a single item. Too, their pricing was dead on with no surprises and well within our budget. This will be our last move but, if we had to do it again, we wouldn't even blink at choosing U-Pack again. They were that good.
Move from Colorado to Washington.
I was leary at first, but I couldn't be happier with how easy and affordable renting a cube has been. The cube arrived at my destination ahead of schedule and everything was in great shape. Cube was picked up and delivered as needed due to short time allowed for it to be at my apartment complexes. Kudos!!
Excellent Service at very low cost-- first time long distance mover.
This is our first time interstate/long distance move.We used UPack to move from Denver,Colorado to Atlanta,Georgia. I have got quotes from other moving services, but UPack gave me the best(cheap) estimate. We ordered two relocubes, but surprisingly all my stuff(1 king bed & mattress, dining table, tv stand & tv, 6X4 feet armour/shelf), office table/chair and lot of my kids toys and house hold stuff) was put into one cube. So they charged me for only one cube, my total moving cost of a 1BD apartment stuff is around $1800 including storage for 1 month. I recommend UPack for safe and cost effective moving. They were always reachable on phone and updating me every time there was a change in the status. I drove to Atlanta from Denver, we took 3 days to drive to Atlanta. By the time we reached Atlanta our upack already reached Atlanta. Since I don't have an apartment to unload my stuff we took one month storage, but after 3 days we got and apartment and unloaded out stuff. None of my stuff is broken, including my TV.
Here is what I did to properly pack my stuff:
1. watched lot of youtube videos on packing
2. took pictures of all my rooms before packing, just incase to claim if anything misses during transportation.
3. Bought all packing stuff from HomeDepot, like packing tape, rope, heavy duty medium boxes(28 boxes) and bubble wrap, they are all very good quality compared to the ones available at Walmart.
4. Noted all the items packed into each box, on the boxes and on a separate notebook.
5. after each 2 rows of boxes loaded in the relocube , tied the rope so that the last two rows of boxes wont fell down or move during transportation.
6. Took pictures after loading the boxes.
Wonderful company and service for our cross country move.
Our trailer arrived on time. We loaded the trailer up and they picked it up on time. Our trailer was delivered at our new home across the country on the scheduled date. Our items all arrived safely. We are definitely planning on using Upack again! Thank you!
Relocubes.
Will definitely recommend upack and use them again if needed. Excellent customer service all around. Drivers dropping off and picking up the cubes were efficient and answered any question they could or directed me to the people that could answer. It all went much smoother than I thought it would.
Poor service from start to finish.
Stay far away from this company. Twice they missed their delivery date to the move from location even after repeated calls to the dispatch confirming delivery date and time, got the quantity of containers to deliver wrong, did not pick up the containers on the date promised efen after confirming with dispatch, picked up containers 6 days later, did not deliver to destination location for over 14 days after being told delivery of 3 - 5 days. After all this sent an email to Upack detailing all the issues and requested to be contacted regarding the poor experience and received no follow-up from them. DO NOT USE UPACK - THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER AS I HAVE MOVED MULTIPLE TIMES!!

TERRIBLE company. I saw so many good reviews that I decided to give it a try, but DO NOT trust them to get your stuff to you anywhere NEAR the estimated time. I’ve had to call every terminal it stopped at just to get them to move my stuff to the next one instead of letting it sit for days. It’s a week past when it was supposed to be here. I’m literally sleeping on the floor. My stuff was stuck at a terminal three hours away for THREE DAYS. Every time they promise it’ll be here the time ends up betting pushed back another twelve hours. There’s apparently no communication between upack and the terminals. It’s total amateur hour. As an “apology” they took a hundred bucks off my bill but a hundred bucks doesn’t get me my bed to sleep on and a week of my time back.

Beware!
I paid $4300 to move 21 ft of trailer from Massachusetts to Texas. BEWARE! They tried charging an extra foot too. Walls only allow even ft settings. They take no responsibility for anything. They piggybacked our trailer at a 15 deg angle and our professionally loaded (moving staffers) load shifted over 2000 miles. Ruined our couch. Then they say it is not covered and even if it was, its $0.10/ pound. So unless you have it crated, forget about anything valuable. Rather than offer anything they just send an email telling you its not covered.
Moving staffers also only cover while they are on site. How can you tell while they are packing?
So ABF doesn't cover anything nor does moving staffers. So BEWARE.
Terrible Movers!!
UPack is a very dishonest and highly unprofessional moving company
Their driver ran off the highway which caused my entire 26 foot load to fly from the front of the trailer to the very back wall
The majority of my antiques and other belongings were trashed, broken, dented and scratched
UPack assured me my possessions were “insured” as part of their fee should any damage occur
But once the damage happened they flatly refused to pay for their carnage
Do NOT hire these crooks to move anything or you will surely regret it! ??
